The 3rd floor balcony overlooks the Pinehills Golf Course. 3rd floor is easily accessible with an elevator steps away from parking. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you may need on your vacation. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second room has two twins. Modern technology including Internet Access and Flat Panel TVs. Access to pool, steps away.

Good unit. I've been in around 10 different Myrtlewood condos and this one was as good as any. If you made me say one thing I want different it would literally only be that I would like brighter light bulbs. Everything about the place was good and as advertised. If we come back to Myrtle next year I will be checking this place's availability first.

Great location, very clean. Kitchen could be stocked a little more - silverware was cheap, even my son commented on it. Would definitely stay here again. Duane was super helpful when we got there to gain entrance.

Cheap amenities!

The apt. was attractive enough but the owners care little about the comfort of their guests. For exemple, there were few towels,washclothes.etc few toilet paper. The couch and love seat were so soft that when you sit down,its were difficult to get up. Very uncomfortable! The dining room chairs are sturdy and attractive but, so hard,they hurt your butt and back. How much would it cost o add pillows or some kind of pad? These little extras would make the guests feel so much more comfortable. The owners perhaps. wish to make the maximum profit by providing as little as they can for the comfort and convenience of their guests. I would not book this condo again. The bed was so high my disabled wife had to be an acrobat just to be able to climb into the bed.

Great Condo!!

We have stayed in Myrtlewood properties many times and the location is perfect. Close to the beach, Broadway at the Beach, shopping and dining. This condo offers ample space and is easily accessible from elevator. We love having multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, plus a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Very comfortable beach stay and would definitely book again!

The elevator was a plus for lugging up luggage and golf clubs, etc..Easy to get in and out. the place was clean, no issues. Duane was easy to deal with and his suggestions about places to eat were great! Thank you!

We enjoy Myrtle Beach very much, where everyone always has a great time. Everything is located centrally and if your a golfer, this is the place. Duane has been great and very easy to work with!

Myrtlewood Villa

The location, cleanliness and overall size of this villa is excellent. Very nice decor. However, we found the queen bed very soft.....very uncomfortable. Also, the kitchen supplies need to be updated......stainless steel utensils, “glass” glasses rather than plastic, can opener, corkscrew, etc. With a few minor upgrades, this could be an exceptional villa.

Very clean beautiful condo. I would recommend to any of my friends or family will be visiting again

This was a great location very cleanly. Next time I’m in Myrtle Beach I’ll be sure to book here. The condo was very well stocked in a quiet community. The pool was only moments away from the condo, my nine-month-old daughter loved the property and the space she had to play. The Wi-Fi was good and had cable in the living room and one bedroom. The bathrooms were big as well. I would recommend this place to anybody trying to enjoy a quiet vacation close to the beach in a great community! Look forward to enjoying Duane’s Condo next year!

Great location
