We rented the 2 bedroom loft condo. The Master bedroom was separate from the other bedroom, which was nice that everyone got their own space. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. It's conveniently located near lots of fun places to visit.

I asked for a quiet room after our 11 hour drive. We were interrupted twice as they had to clean the carpet and fix the doorbell. The room was on the second floor which was supposed to be quieter but another floor was above us. The people and their children were partying until 4 in the morning. We got no sleep. We were offered the opportunity to switch rooms but who wants to be troubled by that? We should have been given a refund!

Nice property for a couple days, but wouldn’t want to stay for a whole week or longer. Initial check in person was very sweet, but then you get shuffled over to another person who tries multiple times to rope you into attending one of their timeshare meetings. We were never given by either person a run down of what/where amenities were. Had to find them on our own. Condo itself was clean and updated, but the stuffy hall way and stairs to the second floor was dated and smelled of too much pine cleaner. Convenient to where we needed to go on this trip, but probably wouldn’t choose again.

First Timers to Surfside

We really enjoyed this trip! We took advantage of the indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym facilities, outside fire pits, and free pass to the local State park. The beds were comfortable and no issues with the kitchen amenities. The downsides were: trying to avoid the timeshare presentation that Wyndham wants you to attend, the washing machine was leaking at one point, and the jacuzzi bath malfunctioned. Hospitality services assured us that Maintenance could take care of it but we ended up not using either of those items for the few days we had left. Otherwise, we are already talking about a return trip!

We enjoyed it all! The only complaint would be the coldness of the lazy river which we did not get to enjoy because of it. Hopefully the next time we will come closer to the summer where the sun will warm the water unless you make it a heated one. Just a suggestion.

The property amenities are great! The place was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. The upstairs neighbors stomped like elephants but that was not the fault of the resort.

Unsupervised children all the time!

At check in the process was rushed, the amenities were not reviewed properly (passes for the parks) and most of my check in was them trying to get me to attend a presentation. I requested a top floor was given the 2nd floor. The people above me were up all day and night. The children were like sumo wrestlers from 5AM until well after 10PM. While the rooms were spacious the carpet in the living was horrible, there were stains everywhere. The master bedroom was always cold and the other rooms were extremely hot! The master bathroom toilet ran all the time! There were children playing in the parking lot in between cars the whole visit. They left skateboards under your cars. The children were allowed to play on the three jacuzzis (all the time and parents were off doing their own thing). The indoor pool was always crowded and very little supervision.

Surfside Beach Stay

We had an amazing time! Our villa was immaculate! Very clean, had every amenity we could think of. Modern and up-to-date. Spacious and comfortable. We had our own private entrance as well as patio. Overall, we had a great time and we will definitely be booking again!
