Beautiful home with a short walk, 1100 feet, to mutiple beach access points that include cozy beach areas as well as an active and lively beachfront at Ocean Annie's. Apache Pier is a short walk if pier fishing or just a great view interests you. This cottage has everything to feel at home. Cozy living room, dining area, kitchen with upgraded appliances and 2 bathrooms and outside shower. Additional luxuries are FREE Wi-Fi and access to washer/dryer. There are 2 pools available for guest use at your leisure. Comfortably sleeps 9 people in a child friendly community. There are plenty of shops within a mile for pretty much anything you need from the grocery store to Barefoot Landing to the Tanger Outlets.
Summer Cottages are centrally located in the northern end of Myrtle Beach along shore drive and are close to major attractions, shopping, dining, golf, and much more.

This is our family beach house that we come to several times a year. We try to keep everything updated and in good, clean working order. We try our best to make sure every visitor is comfortable and happy. If you are new to the region (as we once were), Palmetto bugs are a part of the landscape. We have pest control come monthly all year round to treat inside and outside the property.
If there is ever an issue with anything, we are a call away to correct it.


There is an automatic refundable $150.00 damage deposit that is held for 7 days after checkout.

Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check out is 11:00AM.

Loved this house!

We had the best week staying at the beach house! We all fit comfortably and it was such a nice area and just a short walk to the beach and the pool was right there. Communication was so easy and we would absolutely book again!

Conveniently Located Near the Beach

I stayed at this property with my husband, 8 year old, 5 year old and mother-in-law. It was very spacious with a convenient 5 minute walk to the beach and a clean community pool. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property at a great location

Wonderful experience over-all. Owner is always available and very responsive. Properly is in an excellent location; close to the beach, food and shopping. Beds are very comfortable and the property is perfectly maintained. The community pool is literally at your door step.

The beach house is amazing and the owners are absolutely amazing. They answer any questions you may have about the area in a timely manner and are really friendly. I would recommend anyone to use them. This is the second year we have used there beach house and have already started planning next years trip.

It was nice.

It was nice for the amount of time we were staying which was only 2 days. As a cleaning business owner, i was observant of some things that were overlooked like crumbs/sand on the entry table under the TV, sheets felt sandy in king bed. A thorough dusting probably needed to happen. Overall, the stay was nice and was comfortable.

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing time and it was everything that we expected and more. Nikki was amazing and answered every question that we had. The beach house was amazing and felt like home. Well equipped, clean house, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nikki was prompt with answers and has done above and beyond for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, one of the best equipped places of all of my VRBO rentals. The bedrooms were perfect: the master bedroom is spacious, the other 2 had 2 beds which is great with teenagers. Nice, good size living room and dining table, it's perfect for 6 to 8 people. We enjoyed the walks to the beach, shopping and eating places are always close. Great location. Thanks for hosting us!
