Good place

Overall was very good. Only problems were the washer needed to be deep cleaned along with the dryer vent. HVAC filter needed to be changed. A/C was on a schedule so it would always go up to 74 on the bottom and 76 upstairs. For us that was warm and in the summertime that kinda sucks. A/C would have to be turned down once we walked in everytime and would only go down to 72 downstairs and 74 upstairs. But over was a good place.

Family trip

The neighborhood was a little sketchy when the sun went down but other wise it was fine. Very clean, super helpful in the office, we were able to arrange an early check in due to a photography appointment the day of our arrival. Over all a great stay and super cute house! 10/10 would stay again.

Good time

Overall we were very impressed with our provider and stay at Myrtle Beach. However, down the street at the one hotel there was a lot of commotion and police presence. We did feel safe however, because of the video monitoring. The walk to the beach was easy for us , no issues there. Garbage pick up collection seems to be an ongoing issue. Our cans were pretty much filled up when we got there.

Beautiful and clean house. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication with rental staff. 3 min walk to the beach 5 min walk to walmart supermarket. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

One and done

The property is a few blocks from the beach but also near several not-so-nice properties and the noise all night long was horrible. Our check-in time was 3pm, we arrived at 6:30pm to the cleaners just starting and had to wait with perishables for an hour before we could check in. That we had to bring our own linen/towels was a first. Not their fault, but the cleaners did a rush job and the place wasn't clean: hair on kitchen surfaces, downstairs bathroom and upstairs bathtub, as well as the table and counters being dirty. The air was locked at 71 degrees but set at 77 degrees and even when we tried to change it, it reverted back to the high degree. It was stifling hot, with only a ceiling fan for air in an upstairs bedroom situation. The shared pool for the property is small compared to the number of units that share it and we weren't able to enjoy due to it being crowded. The positives: the beds were incredibly comfortable and the downstairs bathroom shower had great water pressure. The property was literally 8 minutes to all the shops, restaurants, mall, and activities, plus two blocks to the beach. Clancy from the management company refunded our cleaning fee, and after finally getting a hold of the actual manager, I asked for and received half off of Friday's stay due to all of the issues.

Close to the beach

Love how close it is to the beach! Walmart right down the road easy walk. The house is comfortable had almost everything we needed for a great vacation. Good thing next to Walmart because no garbage bags, TP, wash rags for dishes, PT or laundry detergent. I DID NOT feel safe in the neighborhood or the walk to the beach without a group. Check in was okay and allowed early check in but not convenient to drive to have to drive to the office yet to check out we just sent a text. Check out was at 10 but our water and internet got turned off at 830 AM I called the office and they said they would never do that to us and had to be building facilities yet they owned it and they would have scheduled this appointment so we think it was a push out.
