Room already occupied!

I checked in and gave my teenager the room key to carry the first set of bags to our room. Imagine my surprise when he came running back to me frantically saying he unlocked the door and walked in and there was a woman lying across the bed watching TV!!! That could've ended very very badly for my teenager!!!! I fear what might've happened if a man had been in the room with her and thought my teenager was trying to assault or rob them!!!!

DISAPPOINTED

First room smelled like urine.crazy criminal roaming hallway had to be arrested. Turned key off mid stay had to get new one. Charged my credit 2 times for 1 night and 2 times for incidentals. Waiting for charges to come off credit card. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I Have stayed here many times seems to be going down hill recently.
