The unit was clean, had beautiful views, and matched the listing accurately. We also appreciated the starter supplies provided for the bathrooms and kitchen, and the location was close to everything, which made our trip very convenient.That said, the check-in process was frustrating. We were told we would receive the access code promptly at 4:00 p.m. on check-in day, but it never came and we had to reach out after we arrived to get it. We also found the dryer was broken on our third day, reported it immediately, and were told parts would be ordered. However, there was no proactive follow-up, and we only got an update after repeatedly reaching out. We were finally notified 6 days later, just one day before departure, that the part had arrived and they wanted to fix it.

The condo was in a good location and was very cutely decorated! The master bed was very uncomfortable! We loved the condo all in all it just needed some tender loving care when it came to the baseboards and walls they needed a fresh coat of paint. The couch also could be cleaned. We loved the beach the kiddie pool and our view was wonderful from the balcony!!

Cheap furniture

We recently came back from a short stay over Memorial Day weekend. On the first night my 12 year old nephew who is 100lbs went to lay down on one of the twin bed and the side of the bed collapsed. I was able to prop it up for the night. The next morning I called the management company, Big fish rentals. I explained to them what happened and told them it seems that the bed was loose because my nephew just sat down and it collapsed. I had witnessed the entire thing. They offered to send maintenance out and I told them that it was fine but I just wanted them to be aware. After we left, they contacted me to tell me that they are charging me 100 to fix their cheap bed. I told them again that I should not be responsible and this should have been better maintained. I told them that it’s a problem that the bed couldn’t withstand the weight of a child. They told me they understand and would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. Well a week later I sent a follow up email and text message as well as voicemail. They finally responded to text and said they will not refund me my money. Although the place is nice, I wouldn’t recommend them since they do not maintain their properties and want you to foot the bill to fix their negligence. Beware!

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. Julie was quick to respond to all of my questions. The location of the property is central to a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment areas. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I feel like it could have been cleaned better than it was. The unit is also a little older looking than the pictures show. Regardless, we had a wonderful time.

We booked this property last minute for a birthday celebration. It was perfect. Right on the beach, near everything. Condo was very clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Nice…but loud

Everything was nice, but the property next door (to the north, and this is a corner unit) plays loud music that echoes off the buildings so on the balcony it sounds like the speaker is right next to you. The condo is great. The beach is great. Just as advertised…but I give it just 3 stars because even late at night it was not possible to enjoy the balcony…and that was a key reason why I rented a place right on the beach.

Girls birthday trip

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was clean and well kept. Just like the pictures. The building itself could maybe use some TLC but the condo was immaculate. Thanks to Julie who answered any questions i had, and always responded quickly. Will definitely do this again, in the same unit if possible. Thanks for helping to make this birtday week special.
