This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Angled Ocean Front Condo with a great view of Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom has a king bed with 60" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with all you need to prepare your meals. The living room has pull out sofa, 60 Inch TV, free internet access, as well as an XBOX ONE and many board games for your families enjoyment.

The Space:
Walk out onto the oversized balcony to enjoy the sunrise along with your morning cup of coffee. This Myrtle Beach rental has an oceanfront pool, Indoor pool, and multiple Jacuzzis to pick from! Just jump in and take a dip or soak up some rays while relaxing in the sun and sand.

The owner has included several home necessities like 2 60" HDTV's equipped with Netflix, Disney+, Roku, cable, wireless internet, Xbox One, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, plenty of towels and a hair dryer. There are washing and drying machines on site as well!

Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo as the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non smoking condo. There are 2 designated smoking sections on the resort for smoking. No parties.

Guest Access:
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!

Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!

You will also find a WHITE ACCESS card which MUST be used for the parking garage entrance, indoor pool area, and the main tower after 11pm. A lost or damaged access card will result in a $50 fee against your deposit.

Secured parking garage available for both motorcycles and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo! (one for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest!

More than 4 wristbands will not be supplied per reservation.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is in an excellent location close to all Myrtle Beach has to offer! 5 minutes from the airport is a huge plus as well!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around the Myrtle Beach area is with Uber & Lyft. Quick and affordable transportation that will get you from point A to point B. Public transportation, Car Rentals, and Golf cart rentals are available as well throughout the city!

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME

1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself

2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!

3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!

The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
