Upon entering, you’ll be immediately greeted by the spacious, open-concept kitchen that defines luxury and functionality. Outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, double wall oven, cooktop, dishwasher, and sink, this kitchen is perfect for everything from a quick snack to a lavish meal. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, plates, and glasses you’ll need, so you can easily cook, dine, and entertain. The third bedroom, also with a queen-sized bed, offers a welcoming ambiance with two end tables, an accent chair, a dresser, and another wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This room also boasts balcony access, allowing you to enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean.



In addition to the luxurious bedrooms, this condo includes three pristine bathrooms, each designed to provide a spa-like experience. The first and second bathrooms are equipped with tiled shower-tub combinations, detachable showerheads, vanity sinks with ample storage, and plenty of countertop space. Both offer a relaxing space to refresh after a day in the sun.



The third bathroom is a true standout, featuring a fully tiled standing shower with a rainfall showerhead and a detachable showerhead. A double vanity sink with generous countertop space and additional storage ensures you have everything you need. With two mirrors and a toilet, this bathroom is designed to meet all your needs with elegance. We also provide essential toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner, ensuring that all your basic necessities are covered.



Please note: This condo has a minimum age requirement of 25. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older for their reservation to be valid. This policy is strictly enforced by the HOA, and those under 25 risk being fined or evicted from the property.

In addition to the beach access, guests at Kingston Plantation can enjoy an outdoor pool, situated between the North Hampton and South Hampton buildings. The resort also offers a variety of dining options, including Coastal Grill, Cafe Amalfi, and Black Drum Brewing, all just moments away. For the ultimate beach experience, you’ll love the short walk to the ocean. Many local beach chair and equipment rental companies are available to enhance your experience. Our guests unfortunately do not have access to the indoor pool in the North Hampton building, or the Splash Pad.
