This condo was just purchased this January 2022 and totally remodeled. Kitchen has been totally upscaled to full sized appliances and dishwasher, granite counters and new custom kitchen cabinets. Flooring has been replaced throughout with the new Luxury vinyl planking. All new furniture and all new decor. Upscaled L section with storage and pull out bed underneath. Updated bath, 65’ Flatscreen Fire TV and Flatscreen TV in bedroom. Bunk area with custom ladder and side rail (removable). It is comfortable for a family of 4 but can accommodate up to 6 people. The unit has a remodeled bathroom including a new vanity and new toilet. The master bedroom has a comfy almost new mattress and box springs, flat screen tv, upright chest of drawers, double closet with private entry into bathroom. In the back hallway there are two bunk beds with two brand new custom made mattresses and a closet for storage. (ALL NEW LINENS)

The air conditioning unit completely replaced June 2023 and cools extremely well and is very comfortable. In the living room area there is a 65” Fire Tv Smart tv. The balcony has been updated with a new railing with four tall chairs and table.

A total of 3 Ocean Front condos located in the center of Surfside Beach offers 6 swimming pools (2 indoors) brand new lazy river and children's water park, 4 Jacuzzis, 3 saunas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, an outdoor beach bar with sand volleyball and access to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions. Amazing for watching sunsets or sunrises, these beautiful one bedroom one bath top floor condos are located in the 'A' building with a spectacular oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. Condos are at the end of the top floor away from all the noise, very peaceful and quiet. Whether you love the beaches, walking, running, searching for shells or sharks teeth, the golf courses, or fun family activities...... Everything is just a step away.

In a gated community with 24 hour security, this well manicured resort is spread over 33 gorgeous acres of property. There is also a fully-equipped playground and arcade games for children.

We had a great time down at Myrtle Beach and this was a great place to stay! Very clean and newly renovated. The Ocean Front View was beautiful! Perfect location close to the beach side and large pool. Diane was quick to respond with communication via Vrbo message. Would recommend and would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager was extremely easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable and the location was great. Close to restaurants, mini golf and the baseball fields for our sons tournament!

My husband and I had another wonderful trip to Myrtle Beach. We absolutely love the condo we stayed at. The condo was beautifully decorated, perfect location and the view from the balcony at night was amazing. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Best condo yet!

We have been coming to Myrtle beach resort for YEARS! This condo Diane has is the absolute best one we have stayed at yet! It’s beautiful, ocean front, clean and has anything you could possibly need! When we come back to Myrtle beach resort this will be the first condo we book! Diane truly cares about her condo and her guests! We didn’t have to wait until the last second for directions on checking in. She was there anytime I had a question or concern she answered right away! We love this condo!!!

One of our favorite places!

This is the second time we have stayed at MBR and we enjoyed every second of it! We love the amenities and being right on the beach. This is also the second time we have rented a condo from Diane and she is wonderful to work with! Her condos are always so clean and the little details are so thoughtful. There was a small welcome basket of toiletries and fun knick knacks my kids really enjoyed. The kitchen was also well stocked! We look forward to staying again in the future!

This is our first trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo is as advertised bed was comfortable. The view spectacular. Anything and everything you need to cook a meal. Family Memories

The unit we stayed in was fantastic. The direct oceanfront location on the 5th floor was the best! It’s worth having the direct view. The queen bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. You basically have all you need when you stay here. We chose to eat out quite a bit but if you wanted to cook, she has all you need. Very nicely decorated and homey. The property maintenance guys are on it! You can see all the new updates they are doing such as new decking and stairs to the beach. Thanks again for a great time spent w my husband and children.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. The condo was incredibly clean and well stocked. Check in/out was very easy and communication from the owner was great. The ocean view is 10/10 and the resort has a lot of great amenities that our whole family enjoyed.

This condo was very clean, well appointed and the decor seemed professionally done. Being a balcony on the end of the top floor provided plenty of privacy and a perfect view to drink coffee and watch the beach come to life. On sight ammeniies on the property were adequate and the restaurant bar was convenient with good food and karaoke nightly. The owners were great and responded quickly to a small issue with the A/C. Overall very pleased with the stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach.

Blissful Paradise: Very welcoming and cozy stay with all the amenities

Our stay at the condo was way beyond our expectations. Unit A505 had everything available to make sure our extended stay was peaceful and relaxing. All amenities from dining, shopping, gas stations, and site seeing were all within 10 mins. The ocean view from the condo was breathtaking. From the balcony, you can hear the wonderful sounds of the waves and birds chirping. Its a perfect location for easy stroll on the beach, convenient access to shopping centers and eateries. Everything in the condo was perfect to prep meals when we decided to stay in. All around everything was top shelf, couldn't ask for anything better. The communication with the owner was fluid, she was very friendly and helpful. We were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this vacation spot to our closest friends and family.
