This ocean view condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers endless views of the Atlantic Ocean!

This unit has been completely renovated and features some stunning updates as of June 2023! Some of those include, new paint throughout, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new countertops, new bar stools, new dining table, new TV, new curtains, brand new bathroom vanity, new light fixtures, new sleeper sofa, and new modern decor! Everything is literally new! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!

The kitchen is very spacious and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and rentals. Very few studios offer an oversized kitchen like this condo and other rentals here at the Palace. This listing also features a full-size stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the sofa and enjoy endless views of the ocean! The sofa converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and enjoy a meal or a cup of coffee. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

The full-size bathroom is located to the left when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is brand new as of June 2023!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper and paper towels.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
