Beautiful 10th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom suite on the 10th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room a king bed and the third room offers two queen beds. Other features include smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities onsite include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Check-in and out process was easy. I only gave it a 4 stars with interaction with property management because the lady i spoke to on the phone to make sure my questions were answered and i received all of my check in info was not enthusiastic (felt like my questions were inconveniencing her). Cleanliness: i found random hair strands in the sink when we first entered. It was not a quick turnaround because no one rented the place the day before. The bathrooms are dated. They appear to be original from when the place was built. It is time for a bathroom upgrade. The showers have mold. I don’t think there is much the cleaning ladies could have done to remove the mold around the fixtures and the corners of the shower (master). We did ask for extra towels not knowing there were extra under the sinks but they were brought to us asap. The property is nice and close to the beach. The property is in high use during holiday weekends and most likely summer. They should have someone cleaning the pools daily. I never did see anyone cleaning the pools. They were full of bugs and trash. If i was a property owner i would not be happy about the level of attention the outdoor pools receive. The beach area was not crowded in front of the condos even on Labor Day weekend. Grocery store (food lion) is close by. My 70 yr old parents thought it was 5 star. (Amazing views) lots of space. The living room furniture are electric recliners and comfortable to us. Plenty of cookware.

Myrtle Beach trade show

Property was true to listing and much nicer than the older properties I have stayed in down in Myrtle Beach. Appliances were modern and worked great. Shower in master bedroom was spacious and full of pressure. I hope to return next year.

Peaceful Getaway

Location of the property is great for a quiet, clean, peaceful vacation, especially if you’re not traveling with children. Only complaint is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable, and made family time in the living room a bit difficult. The checkout process is quite a bit for a 10am checkout.

Perfect for large family

Great Family Weekend

Super enjoyed the view of the beach and ocean from our 10th floor 3-bedroom Condo. The beach during the day was beautiful and not crowded at all
after spending the day at the beach we moved to the pool, hot tubs and lazy river. Will definitely stay here again!

Bedrooms were great. Living room furniture somewhat dated with lots of border stains on some of the furniture. The cushions on the couches and chairs in the living room needs to be redone or replaced. Don’t run the dishwasher while running the water in the sink or you will have a mess on the floor.

Home away from home

Our stay at this property was beyond amazing. From the start of me booking our stay there to checking in, the service was superb. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely stunning the views of the ocean was amazing, the comfort and safety of the property made us felt at home. All the amenities in your own home is within this property. I will highly recommend anyone staying in Myrtle Beach South Carolina to book this property, you will not be disappointed. I will certainly book again to stay at this property.

The reason for the low rating on cleanliness was due to floors not being cleaned BUT they sent housekeeping right away and the vacuum cleaner was broken so they sent one and she mopped and wasn’t an issue after that. We extended the stay due to great time spent here.

Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We loved the location. Check in was very easy. I was given the checkin policies a couple days in advance. Only two things that could be better. The entrance from the street was not clearly marked and i wished there were restrooms near the pool area. Everything else was a 10. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

Really nice, relaxing, enjoyable stay

Everything was just as pictured, we had a really great stay. Checkin was the easiest thing! Parking was great, the building isn’t super busy, we never had a problem with elevators and everyone in the building was friendly (lots of people who live in the condos). The pools were nice, the outside of the building was very pretty and the beach was just a few steps away. We had a lot of room, it was myself, my husband and our two young children. We used the balcony A LOT, I would have liked to have some better furniture for the balcony. The outside furniture was nice looking but not super comfortable and we spent three hours out there a day while our girls napped, plus lunch and relaxing after our kids went to bed. There were lots of plates, cups, silverware, we did make a pizza one night and there wasn’t a pizza pan or pizza cutter, but we made it work. My four star review really comes from the master bedroom shower, lots of mold all around the base of the shower. I would have given it a five star review if it weren’t for that. For the amount of money we paid, I would very much expect not to have mold in the shower. I did message the host and they said they would make sure housekeeping took care of it, so hopefully it’s gone for the next persons stay. Overall we had a really great stay and we would love to come back!

Perfect Location

The pictures and the description was accurate, right on the beach! The location was perfect, not to close or to far from the boardwalk and easy access to surrounding attractions. Six adults and plenty of room. The kitchen is small and is only comfortable with two people max, but it has everything you need. I would rent again.
