The condo is decorated in soothing coastal blues and teals that bring the calm of the sea indoors. LIVING ROOM
The bright and welcoming living room offers floor-to-ceiling ocean views and a front-row seat to the ever-changing seascape. You'll find a full-size Murphy bed, an elegant dining area, and a comfortable couch and chair to sink into after a day of sun and surf. Whether you're enjoying a movie on the 55â smart TV or debating whether to sneak in one more beach day, this space makes it easy to relax and unwind.
KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, whether you're cooking a fresh seafood dinner or just mastering the art of vacation pancakes. With the ocean just outside the window, even doing the dishes might feel a little more enjoyable. Youâll find a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, drip/Keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, and glasses. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, dish towels, and trash bags, and youâll often find basic cooking supplies that our kind guests leave behind for others.
BEDROOM
The private bedroom is the perfect place to rest after a day of sun and sand, with two comfortable queen beds, a 55â smart TV with cable, dresser, and closet. We provide a dehumidifier to keep things cool and comfortable through the night.
BATHROOM
The updated bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination with a dual handheld massage shower and a separate vanity area to make getting ready in the mornings a little easier. We supply a hairdryer, a starter set of toilet paper and toiletries, and two sets of towels per guest.
BALCONY
Step out onto your private sixth-floor balcony â a perfect place to sip your morning coffee, enjoy a quiet dinner, watch dolphins and surfers, or simply take in the ocean breeze. Itâs a favorite spot for unwinding⊠or even imagining your new life as a full-time beach bum. The balcony is furnished with a pair of comfortable chairs and small tables, along with a drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits.
BEACH GEAR
Youâll find several beach essentials in the bedroom closet, including boogie boards, a cooler, a couple of beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella. There is also a selection of books, toys, and games in the living room cabinet for those occasional rainy days.
Many of our guests prefer to bring their own pool/beach towels, but if you prefer to pack light, pool/beach towels are available to rent for $10 per towel for the duration of your stay. Just let us know and we will have them ready for you upon your arrival.
RESORT AMENITIES
Plentiful resort amenities include direct beach access, an oceanfront lawn with lounge chairs and games, indoor and outdoor heated pools, a heated lazy river, and three hot tubs. Donât miss the recently renovated rooftop pool with beautiful sunset city views. The poolside Surf Shack offers seasonal refreshments and snacks, so you can grab a bite without leaving your lounge chair. Additional conveniences include soda and snack machines, a vending area, a fitness room with oceanfront views, a laundry facility, and free onsite parking just steps from the condo. The resort also provides onsite security and security cameras throughout the common areas.
HOUSE RULES
Please notify us promptly upon arrival of any cleaning or maintenance concerns and allow a reasonable time for resolution. Weâll make every effort to address the issue; however, refunds or rate adjustments cannot be provided.
The primary renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests are included in the reservation and follow the house rules.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have any uncertainty about your travel plans or are visiting during Atlantic hurricane season. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and refunds cannot be provided for any reasons, including early departures or inclement weather. Guests are responsible for securing any desired travel protection for their stay.
We ask that guests help keep the unit clean and in good condition during their stay. An additional cleaning/repair fee may be charged for excessive dirt, evidence of smoking or vaping, missing or damaged items, or other rule violations. Daily housekeeping is not provided, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a separate fee. If using beach gear, please inspect it for damage before use, rinse off any sand, and allow it to dry before returning it to the closet. Luggage carts are not permitted inside the unit, as they may cause damage to furniture or walls.
Please do not dispose of hair or other trash in the bathroom vanity sink. Our cast iron pipes are easily clogged⊠but not quite as easily unclogged. A trash container is provided in the bathroom for your convenience.
Please dispose of trash promptly to help prevent pests, as our humid coastal environment can attract them. Large trash containers are located near the garage elevator on each floor. Trash should not be left in the hallways.
Please keep the balcony door closed and the AC on at all times. Use of the dehumidifier is recommended to help minimize the risk of humidity damage and mildew.
The host is not responsible for resort-related issues, including amenity closures, power outages, Wi-Fi speed, water shut-offs, repairs, noise, inclement weather, or the behavior of other guests, as these matters are beyond our control. In the event of resort-wide issues, please check for announcements posted in the elevators and feel free to notify us so we can follow up with the HOA on your behalf.
The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that may occur in the unit or on the premises. By booking this stay, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their visit.
HOA AND RESORT RULES
The following City, Resort, and HOA rules are strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
âą Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children and infants.
âą Minimum age to book is 21.
âą Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. No parties or large gatherings.
âą Residents of Horry, Georgetown, and Marion counties are not permitted to book.
âą This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, or in common areas. A $250 fine will be charged if smoking is suspected, and guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or remediation costs.
âą Do not hang clothing, linens, or towels from balcony railings. Throwing anything from the balcony is strictly prohibited.
âą No fireworks, grills, barbecues, deep fryers, or any open flame cooking equipment.
âą Pets are not allowed.
âą Mandatory pest control is conducted on the third Tuesday of every month. Guests must provide access to the condo for service to be completed.
âą Pool Use: Guests acknowledge that the use of any pool or pool amenities is at their own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all individuals in their party and must comply with posted pool rules. The host is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from pool and pool area use.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to help you relax, unwind, and enjoy your time at the beach â Iâve done my best to think of just about every necessity that could possibly fit in the condo (and a few that probably shouldnât!
The condo is professionally managed, and as the owner, I stay closely involved to ensure everything is taken care of. Professional cleaning and restocking are completed after each stay, along with frequent quality control inspections. Monthly preventive pest control and annual bed bug treatments are provided by Beach Pest Service. PTAC units and smoke detectors are inspected and serviced annually, along with routine deep cleaning and preventive maintenance. I also make ongoing updates and improvements throughout the year to ensure the space stays fresh, comfortable, and guest-ready. Iâm committed to clear and responsive communication throughout your stay.
