5 Minute Walk to Downtown Mystic

This charming 1816 home is just a 5 minute walk to downtown Mystic and the marinas where you can dock your boat. There is a large porch to relax on during the day, overlooking the garden. Perfect for people watching while sipping a mimosa! The yard is fully fenced in, so your furry friend is free to roam. We are near dozens of restaurants and shopping, just a short drive to Watch Hill beaches, and 20 minutes to the casinos. This is the perfect Mystic getaway for a romantic weekend, family time, or a friends trip. Please note before booking and read the reviews:
The house is located on a main road and is noisy when trucks go by, and backing out of the driveway is hard. There’s free parking across the street if you prefer. It’s a very old house (1816), and so the staircase to upstairs is narrow, and the ceilings are on the lower side.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms and full bath are upstairs and half bath is downstairs.

Absolutely loved our trip to Mystic with our 2 shelties! Beautiful house, covered porch, fenced in yard for the dogs and the location couldn’t have been better!! Walking distance to everything in downtown Mystic. We will be returning next year or sooner!! Thank you Kayla for everything!! Perfect last minute trip!!

The house was lovely and clean. Easy check in and check out. Short walk to town. The walk back to the house is up hill so it was a little more difficult in the heat. The driveway is very tight and pulling out of the driveway is slightly dangerous with how fast the cars go up this street. The house is also very close to the road. I would not recommend this house for people with small children. I was very nervous my 3 year old was going to walk right in to the street each time we left the house. Overall pleasant stay besides the traffic on the street and the driveway.

Spring Break weekend away

Wanted to try something different with the family, 5 of us in total from 2 - 15. The house was great, clean and welcoming. The owner was super helpful and very easy to get in touch with. Very close to shops and attractions, no complaints and will look to go back again in the future.

Cute New England home

Quaint old house very close to downtown Mystic. Wonderful porch that we spent a lot of time on. If you’re looking for an older home full of charm this is it. Walking distance to shops and dining. Property is located on a very busy street with off street parking. Host very friendly and easy to work with.

Very clean and convenient!

The house is within easy walking distance to Mystic's downtown. We'd walk to dinner, grab an ice cream, and visit the bookstore. The porch has comfortable seating--we spent two nights out there chatting and resting. The kitchen is terrific! And the coffee maker is easy to use!

Short walk to downtown Mystic in a lovely historic home

Welcoming historic home within a short walk to all the best of everything in downtown Mystic. Wonderful front porch with comfortable furniture, perfect for a morning cup of coffee, breakfast, lounging, book reading, drinks... you name it! The beautiful small yard/garden in front of the porch is shaded and well taken care of. My small dog appreciated the fenced-in room to roam, and the surprise of a few well-loved dog toys under flowers! Well-equipped modern kitchen, lots of space for whipping up food for my group. A small half bath – (sink and toilet) off the kitchen is convenient. Did not use the outside grill - but nice that it was available. Cookware, dishes, utensils and glasses were plenty for my group of 4. Soap, towels, sponges, and cleaning supplies all available. Thoughtfully filled Brita with cold water in the fridge on arrival, and coffee, tea, creamer and spices in the cabinets. Immaculately clean! Games and puzzles on the bookshelf, and a big table to play on in the dining room. Small but comfortable LR with leather couch. TV never went on - but it was there! Bedrooms all upstairs - clean and comfortable. Stairs are predictably narrow and steep as fitting this historic home. No central air, but AC window units downstairs and in all bedrooms kept us super cool on a very hot few days. The bathroom upstairs is small but has everything we need for 4 adults, including lots of clean linens. VERY comfortable beds, soft sheets and ample pillows. Driveway
