Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

About the space:
Unit 1 is located on the first floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.

Nice job preserving and renovating an old building. Within walking distance of downtown Mystic, the Noank Mystic Library and great pubs. And we loved the bells from the Baptist Church just up the street.

Great space in a GREAT location

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Mystic. The space is SO well done, has every amenity you would need and a great location to all Mystic has to offer. We really enjoyed the espresso machine in the mornings and the comfy bed at night. If you are still looking for a place to stay, look no further - book this one!
