Mystic Vacation House - Walk to Downtown, Seaport & Village

Welcome to the heart of Mystic. Bike, hike, eat, play, swim, sail, paddle, learn - you can experience it all here! Explore all that this historic village has to offer and then relax in this spacious, clean and comfortable home.

The home is fully furnished with three bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 7, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, sunny living room, large bonus room, office, laundry room with washer and dryer, mudroom, and lots of storage.

Backyard! Private patio with picnic table, grill, fire pit, and access to nature trails.

Walk or Bike! An easy walk to downtown, seaport, aquarium, restaurants, local shopping, historic bascule bridge, playgrounds, baseball field, waterfront park, marinas, paddle boarding (SUP), kayaking, sailing, nature center and community farm.

Hike! Ten miles of nature trails with access from neighborhood await. Trailmap available.

Fishing and Boating! No better place with access to marinas, charter fishing, ecotours and dinner cruises. Don't forget Block Island - a quick ferry ride or flight to the Bermuda of New England.

Beach! Whether seeking tranquil shores, waves for surfing or wind for kitesurfing and windsurfing, you're only a short drive away from famous beach towns including Watch Hill, Misquamicut and Matunuck.

Eat and Drink! A foodie and locavore paradise! So many different cuisines from fresh seafood, healthy delicious farm-to-table options to hearty comfort food. Visit our local breweries, cheese makers and vineyards. Don't forget to visit the seasonal outdoor and year round farmers markets.

Nightlife! Dinner, dancing, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun offer concerts, dining, shopping all within 20-minute drive.

For indoor entertainment we have a collection of books and board games, and HD TV including access (with your account) to Roku TV, Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Fantastic spot to stay in Mystic

We were a multi-generational group of guests ranging from 3 to mid-60s. Our kids were delighted by the trampoline, backyard play structure, and the kids' playroom inside. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the patio and in the sunny living room. The decor in the house also made us feel very much at home. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that was only a short walk to the Mystic Seaport Museum, which worked out perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again next time!

Great location

The house is very conveniently located to all the fun Mystic has to offer. Well laid out and plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teens. Owners left a very helpful guide to the area with their personal recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance/tool you could possibly need.

Awesome Stay

We rented this property for a ladies’ reunion. We live throughout NY and MA so this was a great spot to meet. Hosts were very accommodating from the start. The check in/out process was extremely easy. The house was super clean. The location was perfect!!

perfect weekend get away

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped , beds are cozy and plenty of linens for all. This was a wonderful location for our weekend gathering. The owners were friendly and easy to reach. We would gladly return here for another trip.

Comfortable home in a fantastic location!

What a great place! Our family was very comfortable in this home and our children loved the added bonuses of a playroom inside and a play set outside! The location was perfect for trips to the aquarium and the Seaport museum. The owners are fantastic with communication and gave extremely helpful recommendations for the area as well.

House is in a great location, made it easy to access Mystic, beaches, casino, and shopping.

Renting was a very easy process. Originally was unsure because there were not many reviews but was pleasantly surprised after arriving. Home owners were very quick to respond and easy to work with. The house is nice, centrally located, and in a nice family friendly neighborhood. Clean up was easy, owners didn’t ask to do much. Only suggestion is (if possible) to provide a little guidance on trail usage. We walked to the Mc Quades using the trail out of the back yard, we figured it out but maybe a few suggestions on what to expect because it’s not marked. Everything else was great. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

The Perfect House for the Perfect Vacation

The house is super comfortable, clean and spacious. It is perfectly located so you can get to Mystic, Stonington and Noank, as well as over to the RI beaches easily. We enjoyed every minute of our family time here. The rooms are spacious and having 2.5 bathrooms is a wonderful perk. Quiet and beautiful backyard, great BBQ, the making of memories. This house is amazing. Tessa and Ryan are fabulous hosts. You will love it here! ❀

Great Weekend in Mystic!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home! The kids loved the playroom, and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, nice bedrooms, and all the amenities that made for a comfortable stay. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but has easy access to downtown Mystic, the aquarium, and the beach. We would recommend it to others!

Great overall experience

We had a great experience at this house. 7 of us stayed for a bachelorette. It was a great location and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The owners answered quickly and were super nice and clear on what we had to do to check in and out.
