With 4 spacious bedrooms, our home can accommodate up to 10 people. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite for added privacy and convenience. Stay comfortable all year round with split system heating, cooling and ceiling fans throughout the house with an additional Fireplace. Netflix is also included.

HOUSE RULES:
We love our neighbours, they are good people, please respect them and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Be mindful that noise does travel, especially if you are outside.

No extra guests allowed after 10pm, if you have visitors, they must leave the premises before this time.

We do not allow pets unless a prior agreement has been made with the Property Manager

No parties or large gatherings. Bookings will be cancelled and no refunds given for failure to abide by this rule

Please report any maintenance issues so that we can rectify before the next guest.
