Excellent place to stay! Very pleasant to sit watching the sunrise and sunset upstairs over the lake while feeding my young baby. And we had a lovely Christmas card from the host welcoming us and informing us that the kitchen pantry had some snacks for us to enjoy, there were some cool drinks in the fridge and the location of sunscreen, a torch and a first aid kit, should we need them. There was tea, coffee and milk, extra towels, plenty of toilet paper and, in the shower, there was some shampoo, conditioner and body wash.In short, it felt like a lovely home away from home, and the sheets, pillows and bed were luxuriously soft.We didnât get a chance to sit out in the beautiful, private courtyard but it looked like the perfect place to relax with a book or catch up with family. There is a clothesline in the courtyard which we did use in the absence of a dryer. My only feedback would be for some more pegs to be supplied (or a clothes horse), or BYO pegs.Young Street is a great location: in a small, quiet cul de sac and only a five minute walk from the main street which has two beautiful bakeries and a lovely cafe.Would love to stay here again! We might have to give our sonâs toddler years a miss though just because of the stairs and the balconies. We did pack a baby gate to use if needed but it didnât fit. Thank you for having us!
