空調の調節が出来なく、掛け布団が重過ぎて寝不足でした。フロントも事務的で、何より1階のエレベーターで宿泊階まで行けるので、セキュリティが心配でした。フロントが2階に有り1階はひと気が無くて少し怖く感じました。もう利用しません。

最上階の展望風呂がよかったです。宿泊者専用のエレベーターがあり、部屋着、スリッパのまま行けるので、利用しやすかったです。

ここは，地下駐車場から客室フロアまでエレベーターで直行できるので，余計な接触リスクを避けることができる。10階の大風呂も気持ちよくリラックスできる。交差点の斜め向かいにはコンビニもあるが，飲食店へは少し歩かなければならない。車移動主体の旅には便利。

地下駐車場が広いので降雪時等は非常に有難いです。お部屋も広いものに交換いただき助かりました。ただ朝食についてはコスパが悪いのと質量共に過去最低レベルかなと思いました。日本人に合わせた和洋折衷コースの様ですが、かなり中途半端な様に感じました。ディナーの営業を週末しかしてなければ朝食はもう少し力を入れられた方がとか思いました。最近の環境では経費節減策も仕方ないかもですが！？

良かったです。

全体的に清潔感がありました。 部屋着がガウンみたいな感じなので、あれを着て10階の大浴場まで行くのはちょっと頼りない感じに思いました。駅に近いので、電車の音が聞こえて私的には心地よかったです。
正面玄関入ってすぐの様子です。２階がフロントになります。
