Great Stay

You can walk straight to this hotel from the JR Nagano station via the connecting skywalk. Note that this Sotetsu inn is sharing a complex building with other businesses such as Don Quijote. Room is quiet and comfortable.

The rooms were very affordable and the location was a walkable distance from the station which is great. It is close very close to many restaurants and other shopping locations which is also nice. The beds and rooms were clean but small, which during our stay wasn't a big deal. The breakfast was serviceable for our one night stay but I wouldn't recommend it for any longer if you're not strapped for time. This place was quite budget friendly and convenient for those looking for a good value at a low price.

This is a fine Business hotel, very close to Nagano station. The desk is on the fifth floor and best accessed via the entrance on the elevated walkway which can be found by going through the Mi Do Ri shops on the 2nd floor of the station. Attentive staff who helped with the automated check in and out procedure. Many shops and eateries close by as well as a 24 hour Lawson on the ground floor. Would definitely consider staying again if I am in Nagano

It was easy to find and check in. The service was great, staff helpful and friendly. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller, so wouldn’t stay more than one night. But it did the job!

We only stayed here for one night. The location was super convenient. We didn't use the amenities much and didn't have breakfast at the hotel either. The room was super small. We managed as we had only a carry-on with us. Tall people or people with luggage might've found the room inadequate. Staff was very helpful, check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Nothing to complain about!

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights during our Nagano ski trip in late January 2025. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and parking costs $10 per night. Be sure to move your car before 11 AM and park after 3 PM, as spaces fill up quickly in the afternoon. The hotel has a microwave in the lobby and a Lawson store right downstairs. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next ski trip!

Never having stayed at a Sotetsu property before, I didn't know what to expect. Overall, I was pleased. Convenient, tidy, reasonable. The breakfast was basic, but good. The hotel needs some updating; but they are doing renovations apparently, so they are hopefully on top of it. I would stay again

Overall, this was a comfortable place to stay for a last minute booking in Nagano city. My only grip was that the rooms HVAC was slow to change temperatures. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again though. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had good options.
