部屋はきれいだけど、、清掃スタッフ挨拶なし

お部屋はきれいで清潔感ありました。空調は冷房ならご自身で調整して下さいとチェックインの時に言ってもらえわかりやすかったです。泊まった部屋の向かいが清掃グッズ置き場の部屋でドアを開けると廊下にゴミや清掃グッズが汚く置かれて不快でした。また清掃スタッフから挨拶はまったくありませんでした。

An excellent Japanese inn, friendly and attentive staff. Easy check in and out process and able to receive and send on luggage. The 'however' is that the beds were a little hard for my liking and the air conditioning was not manually controlled so it was not possible to cool the room overnight.
