Clean room. Staff was able to answer my questions and was generally helpful. Hotel is 5-15 minute walk to Nagoya Station depending on what part of the station. Coin laundry available. Machine dispenses detergent, but it was empty when I was there.

I’ve been to another Smile hotel and so far I really prefer this one! The amenities are on each floor so I don’t have to go all the way down to the ground floor which was very convenient!

Plus factor is the proximity to Nagoya Station. The room is clean though a bit dated. The toilet/bathroom has no exhaust.

The room was ok but the bathroom looked dirty and the shower curtain had mold in it. It is walkable to trains and buses so it is very convenient. It just needs a little tlc.

This hotel location is convenient as it is near Nagoya Station. Shopping complex are near by too. The room looks old but it was kept clean. The bed sheet, towels and night robes are all very clean. The problem is with the bed in the room. We booked a double bed room and it came with a large size single bed. My wife and I had problem having a good night sleep. The window blinds need a black-out ones as the morning sunlight comes on at 4am.

It is what it is

This place felt like it was from another time, years ago. Everything felt very old. It wasn't a terrible experience, but the ceiling vent looked like it had mold. And it definitely was musty in the room. The A/C was very weak too. It provided what I needed for the most part.
