Dream of Jeanne is a beautifully decorated, spacious vacation home in Nags Head. Great location, just 60 yards to the beach access. When you're not at the beach, the 20x10 private pool and hot tub will keep your family entertained. Spend quality family time together playing one of the many games available such as air hockey, billiards, ping pong, corn hole, horseshoes, volleyball or giant chess and checkers.

The crow's nest offers incredible ocean views. Inside, enjoy the high definition flat screen TV's with Blu-ray players and premium movie channels in the adult's bedrooms, and an easy to use DVD and tape player with a library of kid's movies in the bunk room. The great room features a 75-inch state of the art Samsung Q-LED TV with surround sound and ultra high definition plus several premium movie channels. In addition to the pool table and air hockey, the rec room has a 52 inch hi-def TV with easy hook up to your video games.

Dream of Jeanne is located in the perfect location in the heart of Nags Head, which means less driving and more time to relax. Close to fine dining, shopping and attractions such as Roanoke Island, home to The Lost Colony Outdoor Drama, NC Aquarium, and Kill Devil Hills, sight of the First Flight and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Also just minutes from Jockey's Ridge. Visitors climb to the top, fly kites and even hang glide from this sand dune formed by Mother Nature. Spend time fishing at the nearby Nags Head Pier. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in great location. Easy access to beach. The home had plenty of space for all the guests and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of things to do at the home such as pool table, air hockey, table tennis on the inside then pool, horse shoes, volleyball, corn hole and large chess and checkers on outside. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed for large group. Overall was great vacation. Only a couple issues we found that could be fixed is the screen door off the living room to deck was messed up and handle wouldn’t stay on when you tried to shut it and the rec room bathroom o reflowed on us and water would continue to run if you didn’t watch. Just small issues which any and every home could have. Overall was very satisfied.

Great Vacation Stay!

Food, Convience stores, fresh seafood, and beach access all within steps of the house!! The only real negative we had were that the beds were small, we are all used to Kings and these were doubles. Other than that we had a great time and would come back to this house again!

My husband and I, our two adult sons, daughter in law and four grandchildren all stayed here. We loved how roomy the home is and enjoyed all of the amenities. Family favorites were pool table, pool, and hot tub. Besides going to the beach and out to eat a few times this home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation there. The beach was not far from the house. Just a little walk...maybe if you had some older folk in the family vacation it wouldn’t be an ideal house for them, my grandparents had a hard time walking back and fourth. House was clean and had everything you needed there. Hot tub and pool were clean. Very easy check in and check out. If you wanted to go do something in the evening you pretty much had to drive there. Over all very good stay.

Great location, mediocre property

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:1) Great location - as close to oceanfront as you can get, we could see the ocean from the decks/living room, and the beach access walkway was ~300 steps away2) Main living room - large space with a huge dining table that fit our large family very well, we spent majority of time here.Cons:1) In serious need of upgrades - I know Nags Head is a bit older, but the condition/status of the house was extremely underwhelming. Carpets were filthy and dingy, bedding was very old, light fixtures were all weak/old, kitchen is in serious need of upgrades, including equipment. A ceiling fan broke off during our stay and was just hanging by a thread.2) The house was not that clean - especially during a pandemic, you would expect cleaner conditions but we had to vacuum/mop the floors ourselves when we arrived. There was debris in several dresser drawers which is not what you want to see.3) Amenities - there were some things around the house to use (giant chessboard, beach equipment) but it wasn't very clear how to access them (they were locked up). Because of COVID, we didn't use them anyway, but just a heads up to future guests.
