The hotel is very nice and new and well designed. Service could be better. Staff were not able to speak English well and were quite rude. They even called my room at 9pm and abruptly said 'I'm coming up to your room now' to take a room card they left behind, and it was very unsettling. One of the rooms were not cleaned properly, a used cup and food wrappers remained and a false eyelash fell out of the pajamas provided.

Of my 33 day trip, this was by far the best place I’ve stayed in Japan My single room was roomy. I loved the outdoor pool in January! The decor was spot on! I loved the happy hour . I felt very pampered. Fantastic

We loved our stay at the Nest! We stayed for a 4 night getaway during January and although the weather was chillier than we had hoped for, the pool was still open and warm once you got in. We were so pleasantly surprised by the included breakfast with the quality and extensive variety. We never got bored of it after 4 meals. Staff were courteous and especially friendly at breakfast. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend the hotel for great value and being central in Naha.

We were quite satisfy with the property, but there are some defects that we hope that can be noticed: 1. the sewage drum and pipes under the sink produces a nasty smell and bad hygiene, rusty parts also found underneath. 2. the wood framework of the beds have hidden danger which might hurt the foot when pass by. I had a bruise after my foot hit on one of the edges, suggest to add protection corner material. 3. the waste water dumping pipe of the air conditioner was not weĺl arranged making the balcony look messy. I can send you photos of the above mentioned.
