Everything is good except the bed

Everything is perfect except the bed. The mattress springs r damaged which made squeezing sounds easily, which I couldn’t sleep very well.

Theee night stay

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. 5 stars for their service. Thank you. The room was very clean. We had a difficult time figuring out the lighting in our room, but we made it work. If you were able to enjoy the breakfast, the options were excellent. Fresh fruits, veggies, breads, meats, Kenyan cuisine and more. We would stay again.

I'll start by saying the staff is absolutely fantastic. Our visit began with Geoffrey, who picked us up from the airport after being incredibly patient while we cleared customs and got our luggage. Geoffrey was very friendly and told us about the area while taking us to the hotel. Other positives - awesome breakfast, complimentary afternoon coffee/tea, and nice affordable spa experience. Drawbacks, half of our party stayed in room 110 and received bed bug bites, which was unsettling. We are still hopeful the bed bugs didn't follow us out. The rooms are somewhat run down. Lastly, the area around the hotel is also pretty rough. Our 16 year old was inappropriately touched by someone while walking to dinner. Because of these issues, we cancelled the rest of our reservation and went elsewhere.
