We stayed here for five nights. The rooms were well kept, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The food is wonderful, whether it is the full breakfast, or an evening dinner. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and nice and updated. I had the best shower at this hotel. The water pressure was FANTASTIC. I was not keen on the location. Breakfast was good. I went late and as expected some of the buffet items were cold, but when I went earlier it was much better. Overall, I would most likely stay here as a transient hotel.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, there is a swimming pool and a gym, also a SPA to relax. There is plenty of space to people to relax and chat with friends. Breakfast is good. The location is very convenient in the city center. I would stay here again.

The air-conditioning is working but won't go lower than 22 degrees. The maintenance guy said he'll be back to fix the shower head but never did. Other than that, everything was great, Felt safe even with a protest going on outside.

The staff was very kind to help me get some medicine delivered. We did not have MPESA, which is like a requirement for anything in Kenya, and so many businesses don't take cash.
