The space features a bright open floor plan, contemporary finishings, and a spacious deck with mountain views. The suite has modern furniture and décor inspired by elements of the west coast. The condo is walking distance to the lake, close to shopping and all major amenities, and on a main bus route.
The space
Welcome to the Blue Skies Condo located in the desired Long Lake neighbourhood. The condo building is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, beaches and parks. The building overlooks the beautiful Long Lake, known for water activities such as rowing and kayaking; pack a picnic lunch and enjoy a beach day at the lake swimming with family and friends.
The suite has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Primary bedroom: queen bed and ensuite with a glass enclosed shower.
Second bedroom: queen bed.
Both bedrooms are spacious and have ample closet space.
The beds are dressed in modern linens.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The kitchen has quartz countertops, standard size stainless steel appliances, contemporary cabinetry and an Island. The island is the designated eating area but doubles as a work space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in.
The living room is bright and spacious and fitted with modern furniture and decor inspired by elements of the west coast.
Just off the living room is a covered deck with a bistro table and chairs.
Guests are welcome to use the in-suite washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent.
Fun Fact: The Blue Skies condo is named after the home owners beloved boat!
Guest access
The condo is located on the main level of the building. Guests will enter the building through the lobby door using a buzzer system.
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
Guests will receive a custom door code on the day of arrival.
There is 1 under ground secure parking spot.
Visitor parking is limited. There are 4 visitor parking spots located near the front of the building. There is no additional visitor parking.
Other things to note
No pets allowed.
Access to the mailbox is not available to guests.
A few basic supplies are provided to get you started on your stay.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the condo, on the deck, or on the property. Violation of this bylaw will lead to a $1000 fine.
There is no air conditioning; 3 tower fans are stored in the condo.
The building amenities are not available for guest use.
In the even the fob is lost, the guest is responsible to pay $100 for a replacement.
Please enjoy the home and respect the property
- There is no designated smoking area on the property and no smoking or vaping in the suite.
- No parties, events, or loud music on the deck or in the suite.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours.
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
