breakfast was not included while it should

I was told free breakfast will be included while I was booking this hotel. However, when I checked in, they said the breakfast was not included. And the stuff asked me to contact The Hotels.com to seek an explanation. Could anybody tell me who holds the responsibility ?

Historic hotel. Close to subway, supermarket.

It is historic hotel. Located at center Nanjing. Close to subway. Next door is supermarket. Very handy. We were very surprised when we checked in as they didn't take foreign credit card and it has to be cash or local bank card. Please prepare for this... Amazing building & architecture - very worth to see and be there... Room is clean. The sheet, towels were changed everyday and cleaning lady is very nice, friendly. Carpet is old and would be nice if this could be updated. For European, there is no coffee provided in the room. You might need to bring your own. The fridge in the room, doesn't work. We were eating outside all the time, we don't need it anyway. But nice if it is working. Some people do smoke in the hall... Overall we had a very nice stay and we wish the hotel keep improving and love to stay again.

部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。湯船がないのは少し残念でしたが、それ以外に不満ななし。場所も駅近ですぐにわかりました。

Hotellet hittade inte vår bokning som vi hade bekräftelse på. De kunde endast några ord engelska vilket gjorde det svårt. Vi kan inte kinesiska och kom dit på kvällen så situationen var lite skrämmande. Efter mycket försök till diskussion fick vi 2 sviter istället för 2 dubbelrum. Det kostade oss 4 gånger mer! Vi kunde betala med kreditkort som tur är.

酒店真的各种落后，除了所谓的历史感之外没有任何值得推荐的，不管是设施还是服务，而且界面显示含早但是到店没有，早餐很烂还要58每位，最后hotels客服同意补给我早餐钱，这点还是好评的

体验一把民国风酒店

地理位置很好，一栋很有历史感的建筑，床品干净整洁，洗手间也干净。所以体验一把还是可以得。

歴史あるホテル

大行宮駅からすぐ、通りの一本裏には総統府などの史跡もあります。 ホテルの歴史は古く、近代史の著名人も滞在したようです。 部屋はとても広く快適に過ごせました。 シャワーブースの扉が少し傾いていて、お湯が化粧室に少し流れ込んでしまいましたが、大きな問題ではありませんでした。 スタッフはほぼ英語を話せませんが、こちらの要求をなんとか聞こうとがんばってくれました。 翻訳アプリなどを使える状態にしておくことが望ましいです。 2人で滞在しましたが、なぜか朝食は1人分しかついておらず、追加で58元支払いました。 ビュッフェ形式で、肉まんや炒め物など中華料理がメインで、味は問題ないです。 頼めばワンタンや麺などその場で調理してくれます。

一家不错的酒店

一家有特色和历史的酒店，去各个景点交通方便，客房干净整洁，上次来南京也是住在这里，这次入住发现早餐变差了，原来在西餐厅品种丰富，味道好，这次改在中餐厅品种少，简直差了一个档次

酒店位置非常非常非常好，几乎去任何景点都在半个小时左右，包括离两个火车站也近，各个车站、地铁站也非常近，走一点点路就到了。更加不用说离总统府和六朝博物馆也是步行距离。酒店服务员态度非常棒，完全没有店大欺客的行为，酒店自己的两个餐厅做的菜也是味道好价格适中。 唯一希望酒店能再提高的，就是房间浴室内的浴帘，毕竟房屋主体有点年岁了，有些设施可能没有更换，楼层也不高，潮湿的卫生间容易生霉，心里多少有点影响，所以打了4星，其实除了这点其他都非常棒，如果再去南京，可能的话还是会选这家~
