Ernest - appt calme, proche centre de nantes

The Cocoonr agency has a charming 42 m2 cocoon on the second floor (no lift) of a small condominium. It can accommodate four people, including one child. It comprises a pretty living room opening onto a quiet lane, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Ernest offers you all the comforts you need to discover our town, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure.

Housing consists of the following:
- A living room with TV (airbox) and comfortable sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A room with 1 double bed (140 190) and 1 single bed in mezzanine.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, table and iron.

The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

Neighbourhood:
The apartment is very well located in Nantes, in a nice environment, quiet while being quickly in the city center Nantais. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market... You can reach the Dobrée museum in a few minutes walk, visit the church of Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Port and its remarkable dome as well as many other emblematic places of Nantes.

Transportation:
- By car: you can park in the streets around paying.
- Nearest station: Gare Nord 15 minutes by tram
- Nearest airport: 15 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the train station, you can take the dedicated shuttle and reach the airport in about twenty minutes
- Bus line C1 and 11
- Tram line 1
- If you want to rent a car, there are some marguerites, self-service vehicles in Nantes (See the page www.imarguerite.com for rental conditions).

Ernest is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a person from our team who will present this apartment, its operation and hand over the keys. To start your stay, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
