Ernest - appt calme, proche centre de nantes

Cocoonr offers you a charming 42 m² retreat, situated on the second floor (no lift) of a small block of flats. It can accommodate four guests, including one child. It comprises a lovely living room overlooking a quiet alleyway, a fully fitted kitchen and a shower room. Ernest offers you every comfort for exploring our city, whether on a business trip or a holiday.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV (accessible only via Airbox) and a comfortable sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed on the mezzanine.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Self-check-in via a key box located in a launderette near the property is available between 4 pm and 9 pm. For any arrival outside these times, a surcharge will apply and the keys will be handed to you in person.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

Neighbourhood:
The flat is very well situated in Nantes, in a pleasant, quiet area yet within easy reach of Nantes city centre. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… You can reach the Dobrée Museum in a few minutes’ walk, visit the Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Port church with its remarkable dome, and explore many other iconic sites in Nantes.

Transport:
- By car: you can park in the nearby pay-and-display streets.
- Nearest railway station: Gare Nord, about fifteen minutes away by tram
- Nearest airport: about fifteen minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in about twenty minutes

Ernest is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You’ll be welcomed on arrival by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we’ll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
