The beds are made by “Adult Bunk Beds” a company that specializes in High quality bunk beds made to support adults and children safely, with each bed supporting up to 1000 pounds each. Top bunks have head and side rails for added protection with ladders. Within each of the 4 beds there is a reading lamp and USB charging outlets. Maple hardwood floors and closet/storage space for each occupant. Integrated sound system within each bedroom, overhead light, ambient lighting and A/C mini split that controls only this room.

Both of the bedrooms exit into a hallway that leads down to the front of the house where you re enter into a laundry room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and front seating area.

This property has an “accessory unit”, that the caretakers of the property live in. You can contact the caretakers with any and all questions, concerns, or issues, which can be addressed personally and immediately. It is completely independent inside and outside with fencing and is the furthest back part of the property from the street. The wall separating the two units is sound proof and fire proof with fire proof locked dead-bolted door separating the studio apartment from the tenant apartment. Privacy is of major importance! Studio apartment has its own private entrance on opposite side of house. This unit is not available to rent.
