Nestled on a hillside, this garden suite has a private entrance, street parking and a large, private outdoor patio with fireplace. Two bathrooms. Abundance of wildlife in a spacious yard. The kitchenette is stocked with all you'll need for a light continental breakfast as well as snacks. The bed is queen-size, and the bedroom has blackout shades. Dedicated thermostat in the hallway. Lovely stay in a beautiful, convenient setting

We had a wonderful experience at this property! The location couldn't have been more convenient—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The backyard and surrounding area is beautiful, with lovely views from the back patio, and a setting that made it easy to relax and unwind.The hosts were communicative and responsive, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The home itself was warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort, charm, and convenience. Highly recommend!

Short Napa winery tour stay

Short weekend Napa trip on this beautiful property. The owner had detail instruction so we will not have any issue checking in, and she gave us a tour of the home when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood and bit long but walkable distance to Napa downtown.I would come back here for my next trip!

We enjoyed a great weekend stay in Cynthia and Bob's guest suite. They were fabulous hosts and took care to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in a fantastic location very close to downtown but set back in a quiet neighborhood with deer who visited the backyard in the morning.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here, it was just perfect! Bob and Cynthia went above and beyond providing treats for us including fresh bread, wine, fruit, coffee, soda and waters among other things. The place is lovely and very private from the whole house. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful. We will definitely be back if we make it to La Onda fest another year. Thank you Bob and Cynthia for sharing your house with us.

Perfect stay during Napa trip

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. In the morning we enjoyed coffee by the outdoor fireplace and even saw deer. The two bathrooms were a real treat. Hoping to visit Napa again and we wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay!

Peaceful, comfortable stay in Napa!

Our stay at Cynthia and Bob's place was fantastic! We were welcomed by the owners when we arrived to show us around the place - and it is lovely. The bedroom is spacious and it was a bonus for my husband and me to each have our own bathrooms. We appreciated the special touches the hosts provided - a loaf of delicious cranberry walnut bread from a local bakery, a bottle of wine, fruit, and other snacks and drinks, which made it feel like home. The outdoor patio is gorgeous! While we didn't see any of the deer that live in the neighborhood, we loved the peace and quiet it provided, all while being very close to all that Napa has to offer. We would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect Napa Retreat

Great Hosts

Bob and Cynthia know the area and did a lot of extra research to suggest restaurants and things to do. Lots and lots of info. The bread and wine and fruit they provided were excellent and greatly appreciated. The bed was a little softer than what we are used to. The bathroom set up was a definite plus Overall an excellent experience ! We relaxed in comfort. The house is close to downtown Napa and within walking distance. Very gracious hosts.

Spectacular

This was, with out a doubt the best place we’ve ever stayed. Cynthia and Bob are great hosts. Their property is extremely relaxing, and the wild life is fun to watch if you’re planning on visiting Napa, don’t pass this property up.

Felt right at home

Bob and Cynthia have a wonderful little space and make you feel right at home. They left us a nice bottle of wine, as well as a loaf of bread from a local bakery and other extras (seltzer water, butter and jam, milk, cereal and granola, fruit bowl, orange juices, etc). Their back yard is beautiful and sitting outside watching the deer was my favorite part of breakfast each morning. The unit is cozy and makes for comfortable evenings winding down after a day exploring the town or wineries in the area. We opted to walk downtown, which takes about 30 minutes or you could drive/take an Uber and be there in just a few. Whenever we’re back in the area, I’ll definitely be reaching out!

Excellents hosts!

Cynthia and Bob made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The VRBO was clean and well-stocked with breakfast and other essentials, including a nice bottle of wine! They were gracious to allow us to use the laundry room and check out late. Our favorite part of the VRBO is the outside space. It's very large with beautiful grounds and includes an easy-to-use gas fireplace. We would definitely stay there in the future.

We loved stayed here! Bob and Cynthia were very helpful in tips for planning our trip. They were warm and welcoming! Their house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Very cozy and the small thoughtful touches from them made it extra special!
