The space:

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located near Vanderbilt Beach.

LIVING AREA: Clean and comfy. Expect to have all the essentials: Smart TV with Netflix, a comfortable couch, extra chairs, and plenty of space to relax.

KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Blender, Toaster, Etc.

DINING AREA: Off of the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 4 people.

WASHER & DRYER: Private washer and dryer room if you need to utilize during your stay, detergent provided.

SLEEPING: 2 Bedrooms

MASTER: King Size Bed, foldable doors for closet space, has its own flat screen TV, standing mirror, ceiling fan and plenty of lighting.

BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, foldable doors for closet space, dressor, private flat screen smart TV and plenty of lighting.

1 Bathroom - MASTER BATHROOM: Standing Glass Shower, single sink, toiletries provided.

Lanai: Comfortable couch to hang out and relax while enjoying the Naples Air.

Backyard: Fun filled backyard! Hot Tub for 4, Corn hole, and a fire pit. Large couch, outdoor dining table for 6 and a BBQ Grill. Plenty of activities to do in the backyard with your friends or family!

Hot tub Heating: $35/day to heat the hot tub. All reservations must be made 24-48 hours in advance.

Up to 2 cars can fit in the driveway.

You can access every part of the space. We have nothing blocked off or locked up within the home that you do not have access to.

No glassware is allowed near or around the hot tub.

Beach is about a 14 minute walk from the property

Early Check-In Fees
Check-in time is from 4:00pm-1:00am. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-in time between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-in before 12:00 p.m.

Late Check-Out Fees
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Additional fees may apply depending on your requested check-out time between 10am and 1pm. A full nightly rate will apply for any check-out after 1:00 p.m.

All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team, and are subject to availability.

Use of the hot tub is at guests’ own risk. By booking and using these amenities, guests acknowledge and accept all responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party. Children must be supervised at all times.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.
