I have rented this house for over 7 years and have all 5-star reviews. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations—only 15 minutes to the beach.
- master bedroom with king bed, memory foam mattress, flat screen TV, opening to the private swimming pool, with separate bathroom
- two additional bedrooms with a common bathroom, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds and a TV
- formal living room and dining room opening to the swimming pool area
- open kitchen with breakfast nook
- south exposed lanai including a heated swimming pool, a dining area under the lanai, and another table under the pool enclosure. The pool area has lounge chairs.
- laundry
- two-car garage and outdoor parking area
- two nice bikes are available for riding around the community
- kayak tours to the Gulf, using the owner's kayaks. See marine life, dolphins, and seabirds.
Unlimited wireless internet, cable TV
This is a cozy home for happy people. If you are easily upset, please look for another place to stay.

Briarwood is a gated and guarded community located less than 10 minutes drive from famous Naples 5th Avenue and old Naples providing worldwide guests art galleries, shops and restaurants, sunsets on the nearby white sand beach, and many other attractions.
Briarwood offers two large swimming pools, tennis/pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts, and a clubhouse. You will easily find many golf courses in the area.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at this property for Spring Break. Bill was a wonderful host who readily and helpfully communicated with us my text. The place was well appointed, very comfortable, and lovely. Everything was very clean. The pool was great, and the chairs and umbrella came in handy at the beach. My family stayed at this beautiful home for a week in March. The property was clean, stocked with everything you would need in case you forgot things. This home was comfortable and provided all the amenities you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Bill was responsive and great to work with.
