Majority of the staff were friendly. Always gets the things you need right away when asked. Our first time here and they even upgraded our room to partial beach front view. It’s a place to relax and shopping & good dining. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to party. There was a mix up on our bill, but they took care of it right away. Everything is expensive around this area, but well worth it!! : )

My favorite hotel

I went for 4 nights and 3 days solo trip. I stayed in a king suite at the tower, facing the ocean and it was beautiful. The service is always great and Michael (front desk) was very helpful in adding another night to my stay. My suite was very clean and comfortable. I had a huge balcony with an amazing view of the ocean and the pool. The only thing I don’t care for is the food they serve. Not too many options for lunch and dinner and the options they have are not the greatest. Also, the pool bar serves very watery drinks.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. The private beach was great and there were enough chairs by the pool. The food was tasty. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was large with plenty of space. Great water pressure in the showers. Only cons would be that the pet fee seemed a bit high for our 5lb yorkie and our suite had almost no view as we had a wall facing our balcony with just a peek of the pool and beach.. Will definitely be back.
