A true "home away from home" for our family and our guests. Traveling frequently all around the world, it is important to have our condo feel like an extension of our main home. Our place includes the following:

Master bedroom with king bed & ensuite bathroom.
Guest bedroom #2 with queen bed & ensuite bathroom.
Guest bedroom #3 with two twin beds.
Informal dining has a comfortable workspace in case you need to catch up with the office while on vacation.
Kitchen is well-equipped for evenings when you choose to dine-in.
Condo has board games, pickleball, tennis and other sports equipment. Coolers for the beach, beach chairs, camping chairs, beach towels, kid golf clubs.
4 brand new SMART TVs for streaming along with cable boxes.
Extra linens provided.
Brand new washer/dryer.
Iron, ironing board and steamer are available for use.
Screened-in Lanai overlooking Flamingo 18 hole golf course.
Condo is on the 2nd level. (stairs to enter)

This resort style community offers a pool, hot tub, fitness room, picnic area, tennis, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard and golf! Our condo sits on Flamingo golf course and the Mustang course is adjacent to Flamingo. Golf is at an additional cost and discounted rates for guests, (Please inquire about FREE golf between May 15-October 15.)

Pool and commons area are equipped with loungers, umbrellas, tables, and gas grills. Pool area and other amenities are all within walking distance from condo.

Free on-site parking.

The condo has a ring doorbell at the front exterior entrance. This will be on during your stay.

Melissa is an excellent host. She responded to every single question I had. Very friendly. The condo was very clean, peaceful, and very relaxing. My family and I participated in a football tournament all week. And with having a busy schedule, when the day was over for our events. It was nice to come back, relax, and sit in peace and quiet. You literally can just sit on the patio and enjoy ! Neighborhood is very safe and clean. We have this place marked as a return to stay during our next visit. Awesome stay!!!! Condo EXACTLY as advertised including beautiful golf course views. Meticulously maintained. Melissa was in contact throughout our entire stay. Golfer's paradise with 2 high end public golf courses within walking distance.
