The hotel exterior and interior was beautiful, the room was very large and comfortable, but they need wash cloths in the bathrooms, a coffee machine and coffee creamer. When I asked for coffee creamer, I was advised that I had to order it from the kitchen. Coffee & coffee creamer should be a basic amenity in such a fine hotel.

First of all, no mention of the construction around the property and the noise that comes with it. Checked us into the dirtiest room, i put the finger on a desk and my whole hand was full of dust. They changed the room for us, was better and clean but very noisy. We could hear neigbours above walking. Didnt get brekafast, so cannot judge but then, we were coming back after breakfast outside and our room was slightly open, perhaps cleaning stuff didnt properly shut the door. For 800 eur for 3 days, this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. When all of these issues were brought up to the staff, i expect something else besides "sorry". Give us free breakfast, some compliment or literally anything else, not sure i can call this place luxury. Very disappointed.
