This bright and spacious ground floor 2bdr+ den unit located in GreenLinks, part of the award winning Lely Resort golf community.
Tastefully decorated throughout, fully furnished, recently remodeled with new furniture, mattresses, appliances.
Sleeps 6 - in 1 King, 2 Tween beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the den.
Screened-in lanai with beautiful lake views, steps to community pool right from the lanai. Closest building to the pool.
First floor, wheelchair accessible. No pets allowed as per condo rules.
2 spacious walk-in bathrooms connected with bedrooms.
Walk-in closet in master bedroom.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Ultra High Speed Internet/wifi, 3 smart TVs with HD TV programming, prepaid Netflix.
If you need to work, there are 2 computer desks with 32'' and 27" monitors you can connect your laptop to.

Needs update and cleaned

We left the property a day early and stayed in a hotel. It is in a desperate need of a cleaning especially the bedroom carpets. Just not what we had expected. I should have contacted the property owner when we arrived but did not, he was responsive every time I had reached out previously. Location is good.

Pavel’s property is exactly as described, immaculately clean and very well appointed. We have stayed in several Vrbo properties and I’d rate this one too 3. Pavel was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious 2 bedroom. Easy access to the pool (if you are going to the pool on Friday through Sunday you will need to get a wrist band first). Pavel is an awesome host and was very responsive when needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Space, Perfect Location!

We spent 9 nights in Naples for the US Open Pickleball Championships. This condo was large and spacious and beautifully decorated. We had all the things we needed there including beach chairs for our day at the beach. The pool was very close, and we could walk there every day. This location in Lely Greenlinks was perfect for us to get to East Naples Community Park, downtown and Marco Island for a day as well. I hope to stay here again next April!
