This nice condominium has been professionally decorated by Robb & Stucky in a Botanical motif with off white carpeting throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked allowing you the ability to create many delicious meals. The large countertops provide lots of space for preparing food. Also features an in unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer. You are just a short walk from vanderbilt beach, and we provide you with beach chairs and umbrella.
Screened balcony overlooks our resort style pool and palm trees. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is perfect for your next family vacation.

Regatta of Vanderbilt is a prime location for all your vacation needs. This gated community is about a 2 block walk to the public beach access at the end of Vanderbilt Beach Road. Regatta offers an array of amenities such as 2 pools (a resort style pool with water fall and a quiet pool), spa, clubhouse, exercise room, wading pool, gazebo and 2 grills.

***All reservations made between January 1 and April 30 must be Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for special requests. Reservations must be made more than 25 days prior to arrival. Any reservation booked online within 25 days of arrival will be cancelled.***

PLEASE NOTE: All guests must complete a separate application process for Regatta. This is done through their online platform, TenantEvaluation. Guests must pay $150 application fee through this platform as well.

This unit needs a facelift

The Regatta is the best. Great location, walking distance to everything you would need. Been staying here 10 years. However. This unit is neglected. Needs new carpet badly. Needs paint throughout. The wallpaper needs to go. The guest bath toilet runs. And what’s up with the washer that won’t take pods?? While we spent most of our daylight hours outdoors, the minute we walked back in, it was a let down. Especially for the price being charged. We’ve stayed in much nicer units for the same price. Beware!
