Decent stay but not sure why they would go so cheap on the paper products. Prison toilet paper in the rooms, thin styrofoam plate at breakfast that literally melted when I put the toasted English muffin on it. Then at 8 am when I picked up the phone I got a text from the hotel asking when we would be leaving. Southern hospitality??

Good location, close to great restaurants at short drive and really close to Bonita Beach. Even thought the room size and the lake view were good, at lot of dust in the curtains (I took a picture from the window of the sunset amazing from the 4Th floor and when I walked away I had white dust all around my arms and hair). For a single night and price is ok.

Worst hotel experience ever! I had a reservation and when I arrived, there were no rooms available. The customer service at the hotel was horrible. The person at the front desk did not speak English. I had to call and book another hotel on my own at the last minute. Stay away from this place.

Advertised as family friendly and cribs available. All a scam, no crib offered at all. Given a queen size bed when booked a king and was told it’s because we didn’t book the bigger room. Staff was rude. Avoid this place at all cost!
