Room was great! The room is in 2nd floor but Giangi was exceptionally helpful in checking us in without any problems and helping us with the baggages. He also went out of his way to help us with recommended things to do and places to visit. The room itself was quit cosy, well stocked with all amenities and comfortable

I would stay at this property again. But, was disappointed that they advertised "full breakfast" and even have "bed and breakfast" in their name. However there was no breakfast provided by the hotel. Instead they gave the guests a voucher for a free coffee and croissant at a nearby caffe. There was no breakfast as advertised. And, BTW the man that ran the cafe for the voucher was very unfriendly and rude making the no breakfast issue even worse.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. Giangi was great coordinating our later check in after our flight was delayed and recommending how to make the most of the city on our way out. Bonus points-the two restaurants next door were fantastic for both dinner and breakfast. Would stay again the next time we’re in Naples!

Fabulous super old school Italian residence converted to BnB. It's like living like Italians. 18 foot wooden ceilings. fabulous staircase up to secondo piano, bit of a hike. Coupons for a typical italian breakfast right downstairs at a Bar - coffee and a cornetto. Location is fabulous. Walk to tourist area but also close to real Napoli. We were able to dine at several real Italian local gem restaurants where we were always the only tourists there within walking distance. Walk to metro, National Archaeological Museum. Best part was Giangi the manager. He was easily the most helpful and friendly "concierge" we've ever had. (Thanks again Giangi!) Common areas had complimentary coffee and water and they even had a fridge and a microwave to use. Very stylishly decorated. Very highly recommended. Best decision I made the whole trip was staying here.

The hotel is great, the staff is wonderful, location is perfect, the only downside is that you need to climb 68 steps, no elevator, so if you have large luggage or traveling with people with mobility issues it can be a problem

No elevator, no staff before 9am and after 7pm

Room was clean, and in a good location. However, staff is not on site before 9am or after 7pm, and there is no elevator on site if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Communication from staff was very good though. Croissant and coffee at cafe nearby included for breakfast.

Clean and Wonderful Host

Our stay here was wonderful, it is an older property but full of history. The room was super clean, the air conditioning was working great, they included some croissants and coffee that were delicious. The owner was very helpful told us about the history of the place and gave us directions and tips. I 100% recommend his place

Very welcoming and a homely feeling about the place. Within 10 minutes walk to be in the old town. The Metro is cheap and will take you most other places! Wonderfully knowledgeable host and very keen to make your visit to Napoli as good as possible.
