The Space:
This condo will be your Home Away from Home with the luxury of hotel living. This 1300 sq. ft. condo has everything you could possibly need. Living room has a large sectional/pull out, 50" flat screen ROKU TV with recorder and DVD. The split bedroom design makes it fabulous for two couples. Each bathroom is done in marble. The Master BR has a king-size bed, guest room has Two Twins that can be converted to a King. (Please SPECIFY)
**The Living Room sofa is a sleeper and can accommodate 2 more guests.
The Condo has a Washer and Dryer, 4 Beach Chairs, 2 Umbrellas and Coolers.
This condo is professionally decorated with recently upgraded granite kitchen counters, and a spacious dining area as well as a screened lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The hotel has 5 different pools, including a lazy river through a tropical landscaped paradise just a minute walk from the condo. The resort is within walking distance to Tin City (.03 mile) and 5th Avenue Restaurants and Shops (.07 mile) and only a 5 minute drive to Naples Beach. (1.5miles)

The CLUB fees gives you access to the gym, spa and 5 pools, free parking and secured Wifi.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located on 5th Avenue South which is just .07 mile from 5th Avenue and at the entrance to the prestigious Royal Harbor neighborhood. The Beach is just 1.5 miles away.
Getting Around:
Naples is a quick 35-minute drive from the Fort Myers airport (RSW). The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach, 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. You may also use Uber or Taxis to get around town. Hotel offers a free shuttle to
5th Avenue and 3rd Street.
From the condo, it's a 10-minute walk to downtown Naples, which features many restaurants, bars, and shops. Starbucks, Naples Coffee House, Alberto's, Bistro821 , Aqua, Verginas, Trulucks, Bice are just a few of the fabulous restaurants.
For fun, you can also take a water taxi shuttle to numerous other restaurants located on Naples Bay.
Other Things to Note:
There is a 7-nights minimum stay from November 1 to April 30th.
There is a 6- nights minimum stay from May 1 to October 31.
