Wunderschöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war super, es war im Haus alles so wie beschrieben ordentlich gepflegt und sauber. Mit dem Vermieter lief alles super reibungslos und entspannt alle Abmachungen wurden eingehalten. Es gab ein paar kleine Probleme aber um die wurde sich auch sofort gekĂŒmmert. Alles in allem gibt es nichts negatives sondern nur positives zu berichten.

Uncomfortable couch in family room Needs better couch plus a recliner or at least foot stools

Nice Home!

Spacious home with full kitchen and other basic supplies. Owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Pool was very nice, and rooms were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and location was very good right off of the main road. Noise level was minimal even though close to Imokolee.

Another Great Stay In Naples

This is our second time at this property. Anton the owner is great, quickly answers any questions and was very helpful. The home is clean and has everything you need. We pay a little extra for the pool heat and find it well worth it. The pool is always nice and warm. The house is located close to the beach and shopping, great location on a quiet block.we would definitely book there again.

The house was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The pool was beautiful, and we were glad we chose the option to have it heated for our February trip. We really enjoyed it. The neighborhood was very nice and a short drive to the State Park.

Book this home without hesitation!

As a retired couple, we were looking for a rental home with a pool in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Communications with Agron were excellent. The house was spacious and the pool was ideal. We paid to have it heated and are glad we did. We used it every day. I also enjoyed watching the birds from the patio. We walked to a nearby bridge over a canal and saw a river otter, turtles, wood stork, osprey, green heron, egret, little egret, muscovy ducks, ibis, little blue heron
 more concentrated wildlife than we saw when we visited Corkscrew Swamp Preserve! Also saw an alligator sunbathing by the Imokelee Rd. canal. Our favorite restaurant was Em On Thai Cafe. If we are fortunate enough to return, we will book with Agron again without hesitation. Thanks, Agron!

Great Respite from the cold

Spent last week in Naples at this property and we loved it! Such a comfortable home, very quiet neighborhood. The bedding was the best! Slept wonderful! Great access to shops, restaurants and beach. We drove to Vanderbilt Beach everyday (parked in garage, it's $10), but also enjoyed hanging out at the lovely pool. We used the beach chairs at the house and towels, which was nice to have! Pretty well equipped kitchen to cook in, responsive owner/agent. Would stay again

Simply amazing...very clean...this house has everything you need...kitchen well stocked..pool is great...outdoor grill is a big plus .. very safe neighborhood...close to Publix...Walmart and ABC liquors....was here for work so really didn't get to enjoy like a family would.. communication was spot on.

Great location in North Naples!

This property has all the amenities to make for a great stay. Pool floats, beach chairs, bikes. The layout of the home is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The outdoor space is private, with a lovely pool. The homeowner is very responsive and timely with responses to questions. Thank you! To make this home a 5 star stay, we would suggest a refresh on pillows, shower curtains, throw pillows and couch blankets. The beds were super comfy! The home was clean when we arrived, however, better attention to detail would garner a 5 star review. We enjoyed our stay, loved the location, the neighborhood was quiet. Thanks for a great week!

10/10 - One of the Best Vacations I've Ever Had

This property was perfect, and I would rent this place again. I had a fantastic vacation experience, and think it was one of the best ever. It was like living at a resort - but in a home. So simple and perfect for what I wanted to do in Naples - relax and enjoy my time. Location - close to everything you'd ever want to do in Naples Comfort - I used the Lanai and Pool every day. The neighborhood is very quiet (which surprised me since it was close to the main road). The backyard is also very private and surrounded by tropical hedges and palms - you can't see the neighbors. Amenities - the house was stocked with many essentials for during your stay. The propane grill was an especially nice touch. The owner was very nice and the process to check-in and maintain the property was very straightforward and simple. You can tell that the owner was focused on you getting the most out of your stay there. I was working remotely - the internet speed is 250 Mbps, which is very fast. I had no issues getting my work done.
