The advertisement read "seaview room" there was no sea view. Address initially provided, not accurate. Check in very poor at a different location, undesirable, poor customer service. Iresponsive to emails asking for info to check in. Wifi 'disconnected by administrator' on second day of stay, although it was "included". Room had no towels, had to go to check-in at (different location) to request them. They did delivere thme then.
Phone # did not work as per their instructions. They charged $200 eu as deposit. To be returned in 15 days.
I absolutely not recommend this place at all. Expedia should not work with them. They falsely advertise!!!

Vi skulle tjekke ind et sted der var meget svĂŠrt at finde fordi âreceptionenâ hed noget helt andet end hotellet. Her skulle de have 200 euro i depositum, som vi fĂ„r tilbage efter 14 dage. âHotelletâ lĂ„ nĂŠsten to kilometer vĂŠk, som vi sĂ„ skulle finde. Vi havde booket med havudsigt. Dette havde vi ikke. Der var udsigt til baggĂ„rd med meget larm. VĂŠrelset lugtede af sure sokker og kloak. Ingen information omkring at hotellets reception pĂ„ flere kilometer vĂŠk.
We had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel and I strongly advise others to avoid booking here. Before our arrival, we contacted them via WhatsApp to ask about an early check-in. Instead of a simple answer, they were rude and then stopped replying. When we wrote from another number to get a response (as we were traveling with elderly family members and needed to organize), they accused us of being âterribleâ for messaging from different numbers, completely ignoring the fact that they had stopped answering us.
When we arrived, the reception was chaotic. Several guests with confirmed reservations were being yelled at by a female receptionist, and one young woman was crying due to her aggressive behavior. Rather than trying to resolve issues, the receptionist shouted at guests as if scolding children.
While I was speaking with a male staff member about paying the taxes by card (since nowhere was it stated that they had to be paid in cash) the woman suddenly interrupted our conversation, yelling over me. She mocked what I was saying, refused to listen, and kept talking over me in a loud, aggressive manner in front of everyone. It was humiliating and deeply disrespectful.
This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel. Travelers deserve to be treated with basic respect, something you will not find here.
The hotel is clean and comfortable for a short stay of 1â2 nights. However, communication by email or phone is very slow and unresponsive.
We were charged âŹ40 (which later became âŹ66) for a late check-in after 9 PM â but all they did was send a 4-digit access code via WhatsApp. This charge feels unjustified. I would understand the fee if a staff member had to be physically present, but for an automated check-in process, itâs excessive and feels like taking advantage of the situation.
Also, many reviews mention difficulties in getting the deposit back, which creates a sense of insecurity and makes guests feel uneasy. Not the most trustworthy impression. Expected to visit a reception at address A and stay in the room at address B or even C.

le camere sono comode e da poco ristrutturate anche se nel bagno mancano completamente delle mensole dove poter poggiare il necessario per la propria pulizia personale penso che essendo da poco ristrutturate provvederando.il centro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi quindi comodo, personale gentile e disponibile.unica nota negativa e fastidiosa la restituzione della caparra di euro 200,00 a garanzia che restituiranno dopo circa 30 giorni.spero per l'agenzia che modificheranno questa loro politica che ripeto e'molto fastidiosa e influisce notevolmente nelle recensioni.
So bad that we decided to forgo our room and not stay even though I lost money /.it's a scam they collect 200 and then say u lost the remote or some such and then don't return most of the deposit /.they also charge a destination tax on top of tourists / there is no such tax / they also charge a cleaning fee / suggest u take advice and don't book here
