Good location. Friendly and helpful staff for any needs. Restaurant and bar convenient dining options if tired after a tour. Rooms clean and spacious. Plenty of areas to sit and relax outside of room.

Birthday break
Super quiet rooms at night. Found the rooms extremely basic with furniture for the cost we paid. Toiletries not replenished daily or crockery or glasses. We had to rinse these out our selves. Not impressed that you had to pay extra to use the spa as a resident. Though the breakfasts every morning were amazing!

Decor outdated. Room very basic Does not live up to expectations and decor for an Accor property. No orientation to room and hotel amenities on check-in. Staff at reception not very welcoming and receptive to inquiries. Would not recommend for 1st time visitors to Naples.
