Before you decide, head back inside to your updated kitchen to make some breakfast. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the gadgets you need await your next culinary masterpiece. When everyone’s awake, eat together around the dining table, which seats six, or grab a seat at the breakfast bar. Decided what to do? If you don’t want to drive anywhere, no worries – you’re 0.7 miles to the shops, restaurants, and bars of the Mercato and 1.6 miles to Vanderbilt Beach Park, an easy ride on one of the home’s provided bikes. The family dog is welcome here as well, so take Fido for a walk around the neighborhood before you head out.

Great stay for family wedding

House is just as pictured. Host was very responsive and it’s clear want guests to have a great stay. Although no children were with us lots of toys and entertainment for kids. Our adult children enjoyed the pool and nice lounge chairs. Plenty of room for everyone thoughtful touches like bikes and ping pong. We really appreciated the location as well. Will stay here again! Thanks Yulia for your help in sending us some items we accidentally left behind!

Great spot for visiting family

From booking to checking out we had a great experience. My family booked this property to be close to my mother in law for a visit. My kids loved the pool, ping pong and foosball, and the ability to have their own rooms. My husband and I loved the attention to detail, supplies for beach days, the ability to grille and relax at the house with loved ones. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to others.

Amazing stay in beautiful Naples Fl

We had wanted to plan a trip the Naples Florida area with our kids for a while. We used to own a home in Bonita Springs, but hadn’t been back to the area since selling 5 years ago when our kids were little. There were lots of places we wanted to take our kids to now that they’re older, including Barefoot Beach, where my husband and I were married on. This property was perfect for our family. The home was clean and well appointed, had everything we needed for our stay. The home was comfortable and the pool and patio area was a nice area to go for a dip and relax. The property was convenient to all of the destinations we wanted to visit. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future. My kids are already saying “next time we come here” and we’re not even to the airport yet! Thank you for helping us make new Florida memories with our kids!

Great stay at a well managed home

Easy check in, awesome location with oroximity to two beaches and Mercado, short drive to Naples. Awesome screened in back patio, pool deck and well functioning hot tub. There was a strong scent of cleaning supplies the first day, but upon opening the doors and letting air flow through we didn’t notice it at all after that. Only complaint is we were relying on having a functioning bath tub for our toddler to bathe in and while a tub is pictured, there was no stopper and thus the tub function wasn’t an option. Other than that a great stay!

Weeklong getaway

We loved staying at this property for our getaway to Florida. The host was responsive and made sure the place was clean and tidy. There was enough space for us to spread out and the appliances and amenities all worked well. The location is perfect! Basically everything you could want to go to is within a 30 min drive. I highly recommend staying here!

It has it all!

We loved staying at this house. The layout of the house was great for our family. We loved the location and felt very safe. It took us a little bit to figure out how to heat the pool but then it worked well. The pool was a little small for my swimmers but we made it work. It was nice to have some games and the bikes. We went on bike rides everyday! The kitchen had everything we needed. My only advice is to bring some dishwashing soap. There was enough to run it twice so I had to buy that. There was lots of bath/beach towels for us to use as well. Also liked that we could do a load of laundry during the week (we had brought soap for that). Overall I would stay here again and recommend it.

Beautiful Pool, Living Space and Fun Family Features

We had a great few days staying here at the beginning of November in 2024. Things were clean, beds were comfy and appliances felt newer. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily for myself my husband and our three kids. Another huge hit was the garage space with fusbol and ping pong. The host was super accommodating and flexible with us as we came a little early and left a little late. Communication was easy, quick and efficient-a wonderful host! The five of us fit more than comfortably in the home and genuinely enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful home and location

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners have thought of everything, very well stocked and includes all of the essentials and beyond. The evening bike rides were a personal favorite. The landscaping in the backyard presents a sense of a secluded oasis. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in the beautiful home. Well stocked with all items you could need. Great location. Thought of every detail including pool needs, beach needs, game needs, reading needs! Plenty of space inside and outside for the entire family to sit, relax, and chat! Especially loved that the listing allows for visitors, unlike nearly all other listings saying only those staying in the home are allowed, allowing family to visit now opened the door for more visits. Everyone loved the home and wants more weekends spent there! Thank you!!!

Wonderful stay in naples

We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as advertised. We used the bikes a lot to go to the beach which just over a 10min bike ride. The pool/spa we're awesome to relax in. The kids loved the pingpong and foosball.
