Convenient from the train station, great pit stop for the night. The hotel offered to hold our luggage while we spent the day exploring. Very friendly.

Good hotel - Questionable location.

Hotel and staff were kind and courteous, however, the location, although being close to all transportation is less than stellar. Walking a block away from hotel will put you in a questionable area. Police and military presence is everywhere. Again, hotel and service great, area not so great.

Overall, the place was good. However, the WiFi wasn’t great and didn’t work well in my room and the TV also didn’t work. Not huge problems, but just annoyances. My balcony opened up to a courtyard where they were storing a ton of other things, needless to say, I didn’t use it because of that. They might be in the middle of major renovations though. I was only there a night and it met my needs overall.

Beautiful hotel, BAD area

Let me start by saying that this is a VERY nice hotel. Staff was great. Hotel is super clean and modern. However………. The area is horrible! It’s across the street from the train station. There’s graffiti everywhere, Homeless people, dirtiness. We had already booked a food walking tour and let me tell you: it didn’t get any better. We originally booked 3 nights and checkout after night one and headed to sorrento. The hotel refused to refund us even partially for the 2 remaining nights. When I was checking out, the receptionist wasn’t surprised that we were leaving and stated, “it’s probably because you didn’t like the area.” Ummmmm….. yes! Our fault for not doing research ahead of time. If you have done research and want to stay in the area, please book this hotel. You won’t regret it! But I do suggest to do more research before spending a few nights in this area of Naples.

The hotel, staff, and hotel accommodations were excellent. However, there was a significant level of noise from other guests, which persisted throughout the night and included sounds such as telephones ringing in the middle of the night, as well as ambulance and police sirens. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that access to the 7th-floor outlook was restricted due to ongoing construction.

Extremely Disappointing & Unacceptable Experience

A deeply disappointing and infuriating experience. We stayed at this hotel from July 26–29, 2025, and were shocked by how we were treated during our 4 a.m. checkout. Despite telling the front desk agent three times that we did not use the minibar, he accused us of lying and insisted on checking the room. We allowed it, even though we were rushing to catch an international flight. While he was gone, his colleague...more aggressive and rude...yelled at us, saying we could not leave until the minibar check was complete. We felt intimidated and disrespected, as if we were criminals. My friend and I are both professional Asian American women in our early 40s. She is a middle school science teacher, and I am a university adjunct professor and business analyst. The way we were treated bore no respect for who we are as individuals...or as paying guests. When the minibar was found untouched, there was no apology. Instead, they tried to make small talk...as if that erased the humiliation. The staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional, and this left a terrible final impression on our trip. Whether this was discrimination or poor training, it was unacceptable. We will never return to this hotel and urge others...especially women and people of color...to think twice before booking.

Great hotel, outside the main train station. Loud street outside but with windows closed you can barely hear it. Clean room and bathroom, well designed. Good breakfast with plenty of food options.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived early and, although our room wasn’t ready yet, they tried to check us in and gladly stored our bags so we could start exploring right away. The location is excellent—right near the train station and within easy walking distance of the city center. There are tons of food options nearby, making it a super convenient base for seeing Naples. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). Thank you to StarHotels Terminus for a wonderful stay!
