This hotel is 100% a traveler's hotel. There is nothing WRONG with the hotel, but nothing exceptional either. One thing of note: there is no restaurant on premises or anywhere near. So if you plan to eat a dinner or lunch, you have to go back to the airport, which is easy enough because a shuttle runs every 20 minutes. And there are plenty of restaurants at the airport, but a list would have been helpful. Rooms are essentials only: small, a completely clever but prefabricated bathroom, clean. Breakfast was mass production. Coffee served was out of an automatic machine and not very good. So, if you need a clean place to stay overnight while traveling, this is perfectly fine, but if you are staying in Narita for any site-seeing, find a hotel that is full-serviced.

Our overall experience was excellent. In advance of the stay we messaged for information on the airport shuttle and received a very fast reply and explanation. On arrival at the airport the shuttle bus was easy to locate and took about 15 minutes to get to the hotel. Check in was automated and efficient. We had a small room with two beds. The WiFi information was on the TV and the TV provided access to numerous streaming apps. The room was clean, water was hot and overall the hotel was very quiet. The bathroom is well organized with shampoos etc spare toothbrushes and excellent hot water. The breakfast buffet was also well Run and had plenty of food options (no fruit). We would highly recommend the hotel if staying briefly in transit to/from Narita airport. The shuttle back to the airport was equally efficient and runs frequently. Final notes: Beds are very firm as are pillows.

Buffet breakfast was amazing. Very polite staff. And super fast free internet. Very quiet (but very compact) room. Also, convenient and well organized shuttle bus to terminal 2 and terminal 3. I'd stay here again for a short stay or if I need to catch a connecting flight.

The room was amazing. I loved the space the bed the pillow and the bathroom was spotless. The food was great and coffee was nice and strong. I like that lawsons and the laundry were on location. The shuttle to the airport was an added plus.
