I would rate this in as very high with the only exception that there’s no place to get food and no food on the premises other than the grocery store. The grocery store is awesome, but a restaurant would certainly be much better or even one within walking distance would be much better. The options for a restaurant are either a taxi or take the hotel bus back to the airport and use a restaurant there which is a great option.

The room reeked of smoke, AC didn’t work, no English speaking tv options. Bed was like sleeping on a pine board, the pillow like a sand bag. The bathroom smelled of sewage…not a good experience. Only hotel available because of cancelled flights, now I know why.

The rooms are quite small, but that was to be expected. The breakfast buffet was decent and very convenient. However, the beds were extremely firm along with the pillow. Unless you like that, you won’t have a very good rest.

The free breakfast and it's vicinty to the airport attracted me to the hotel. The overall facility resembles an institutional building, it's color scheme, the lack of "greenery" in its surrounding makes me sad to be inside.

Nice staff and hotel that has a free buffet everyday. Clean rooms with everything you need. Also they have a 24/7 convince store called “Lawson” near the lobby. Good price. The hotel has free beautiful and clean buses that you can catch at the airport to the hotel. Staff is very kind and speak english.

Great hotel at the airport after our flight to Narita was delayed. Efficient and pleasant staff. And, as others have said, the breakfast was worth staying for.

Breakfast was very good, room was fine and shower was very good. Internet sufficient and bed was very nice although some folks will find it too hard. Air conditioning very good. Transport by hotel bus not straightforward and the hotel never replied to my request for info. Go to island 16 in terminal 1 and look for agua blue bus.
