The facility was very good and efficient. However the front desk people were not always very friendly especially towards older people that are not accustom to check in and out with the computer in front of them. I was told just to put the card in but had no idea where to put the card or what to do same for the check in and they could easily come around and help but the 3 of them just stayed in the back of their counters just shouting at me. Not a great feeling especially in a country where politeness and helpfullness was the best in the world

The rooms were a bit small for a family of 4. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, shuttle bus was such a bonus and all the staff was so amazing! We will come back because of the staff. We didn’t bring any toiletries and they provided everything for you. Close to the airport(walking distance) city center is about 15mins drive.

The airport shuffle is excellent, Reception staff a little brusque but efficient. The hotel is very clean and perfect for the purpose we needed! Value for money excellent and I’d stay again. Breakfast was passable. I’d have settled for less choice but better quality.

Great option if you want to be close to the airport. Convenient shuttle to the airport. Clean room with great amenities like pajamas, razors toothbrush, face wash, face cleaners. There is no restaurant or food within walking distance. You can pick up light bites and snacks from the 24 hour convenience store located inside the hotel. Would recommend.
