🛏️ BEDROOM & BATHROOM LAYOUT

Please read this section carefully before booking.

The home is set over two levels.

UPSTAIRS:
Four bedrooms and the main living areas are upstairs. One bedroom is downstairs

There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, and each bathroom has its own separate toilet.

All bathrooms and toilets are located upstairs.

DOWNSTAIRS:
There is ONE bedroom downstairs.

The downstairs bedroom has external access only and does not have internal access to the upstairs part of the home.

There is NO bathroom or toilet downstairs.

Guests staying in the downstairs bedroom will need to use the bathrooms and toilets upstairs.

We want to make this layout very clear so you can ensure it works for your group before booking.

🚗 DRIVEWAY & PARKING

The property is accessed via a steep, curved driveway which winds up to the upstairs/main level of the home.

Please take care when driving up and down the driveway, as this is a shared driveway with the owners and their guests.

There is parking available for guests staying in the downstairs bedroom as well as parking for guests using the main part of the home.

IMPORTANT

The driveway must remain completely clear and unobstructed at all times.

Please do not park vehicles, trailers or other items where they block or restrict access along the driveway.

This ensures everyone can safely enter and exit the property.

There is plenty to keep everyone entertained without leaving the property.

Challenge the family or friends to a game of pool, relax in the outdoor spaces or simply enjoy having room to spread out.

Please note: the pool table is strictly for guests aged 18 and over due to the cost of replacing the felt.

🐾 DOG FRIENDLY

We know the best family holidays include everyone — including the four-legged members of the family.

Dogs are welcome, with a secure dog yard available for them to enjoy.

Please bring your own pet bedding and bowls.

Pets must remain outside at all times and are not permitted inside the home.
