The front living room has a pullout couch and sleeps one person. THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDTIONING. It does have fans and one window A/C unit in the kitchen window. This house does allow hypoallergenic dogs under 20 pounds with a $100 fee per pet.
