Newly renovated! 5 bedroom 2 bath home woth AC and walk to water

Newly renovated 5 bedroom 2 bath home with central AC!

This home features a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, tableware and glassware. Meals can be prepared and enjoyed in our furnished dining room or outdoor deck. Our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with modern bedding. We provide sheets, pillows, bath towels, 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The property also has a gas grill. We are local and we will be personally responsive to your needs.

Eastward Look is a quiet neighborhood, great for families! The playground, basketball and tennis courts are only a 5 minute walk. Bike to point Judith lighthouse, go for a hike at blackpoint or just soak up the sun at scarborough while the kids enjoy the waves! Don't forget to grab those lobsters from our local fisherman at Galilee for dinner! There are plenty of beaches to choose from-- Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, Narragansett Beach and Matunuck. Block Island makes an awesome day trip with the Ferry being a 5 minute drive away. Easy day trips to Jamestown, Newport, Watch Hill, Mystic Aquarium, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos are under an hour away. There is definitely something for everyone!

We just love Narragansett and we had the best family vacation This house was perfect for the 10 of us. The host was very responsive when the grill broke unexpectedly. He actually brought a new grill the same day and set it up. Would definitely return

Just What Was Needed

This house was perfect for our vacation. We were pleased to find that the house matched the description on VRBO, clean, comfortable and large enough to fit our group. And the short walk to Scarborough Beach is something that most adults should have no problem with. It was just what our family needed. We will very likely be back again.

Annual family beach house getaway

Every year 5 of us rent a beach house. We live in RI, we stay close so our adult children can come visit for a day or two with the grandchildren. We had such an incredible time at this particular house. Super clean, open floor plan, Beautiful yard, comfortable beds. The description of this house is on point. I would recommend this house to others. we loved it so much that we are considering renting again next year, although thats if we don't go up north next year.

Home works wonderfully for our group of extended family. Hosts provided a wonderful goody bag with a bottle of wine and everything we needed to get started. House was well equipped and host responded quickly to correct our self induced issue. This was our 2nd stay at this property.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The property was perfect for my family of five as well as my parents. We each had our own space to retreat to as well as a large common area to enjoy family time. It was just a 2 minute drive to beautiful Scarborough beach. I would definitely rent the house again!

Superior rental in the Eastward Look Narragansett, RI

This newly updated house was perfect for our family vacation. We spend many summers in Narragansett and this house is superior to most others we have viewed or rented. The house was clean when we arrived. The new decor has a pretty beach vibe. The kitchen is especially well-stocked for preparing meals. Linens and bedding were comfortable and we were happy not to have to travel with our own sheets and towels. Best washer and dryer in any house I have rented or owned! The back deck can get intense afternoon sun and I recommend a table umbrella. The welcome gift basket was appreciated. This was a nice touch. There were no issues of consequence; however, the host was attentive to any questions that came up during our stay. We will rent again.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The open concept kitchen/living area upstairs that leads to the deck allowed us plenty of room to cook and converse. The lower level was perfect for my parents and older family as there were less stairs and a private sitting area with tv. The hosts are fantastic and the welcome treats were such a special touch. So happy we found this gem.

Beach getaway

The house was great, spacious and perfect for my husband and I, our daughter, her husband and our grandchildren. Owner was very receptive with a few minor details that were addressed immediately. The welcome gift basket was wonderful- dishwasher pods, laundry soap, hand soap, etc and a bottle of wine!!! Wonderful property- would definitely stay again! Maria
