The house was very well kept and clean. It had pretty much everything you would need. Nice room darkening shades in each room. 2 full beds and one room with a queen bed. Some of the cookware was limited (ie no baking sheets and the knives were extremely dull). There was also no umbrella for the outdoor dining set and so there was no shade and it was particularly hot and sunny the week we were there. These are just minor things in the grand scheme. It was still a lovely property that I would recommend to others! The property manager was very easy to connect with and even let us check in early.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The owner was easy to get ahold of when needed. The location was perfect! The only downside was the house was a bit musty, although very clean. Our 7 year old was an allergy mess given this and we dealt with managing his allergy symptoms while we were in the house. All in all, it was a great stay and would recommend to others!

Very clean but would not rent again

The owner was not very nice and hard to reach. We had an issue that we could not get in because he had changed the code to the lock box.But we were never notified and neither was the management company. The owner told me I was checking in early but it was after 4 so I was not. He also said he called me and texted me which he did not. If he was nicer about his mistake it would have been fine but he was rude. Evolve the management company was great to deal with. The house is nice and very clean but empty- no games, kayaks, nothing extra. Would not rent again.

Well worth the visit!

We couldn’t have been happier with the home. The location was centrally located to multiple beaches and a short drive to downtown Narragansett and Newport. The house we spotless and the owner could not have been more pleasant to work with or any more accommodating. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Wonderful home. Location of the property was great. Only 5ish mins away from Dunkin which my kids were thrilled about! Room sizes were great. Plenty of closet space in each bedroom. Beautiful deck and backyard. One thing about the deck is there might be a beehive under the deck. We notice a lot of bees flying around one area of the deck. Also, there is only one bathroom. Which was tricky with my family. I would recommend bringing a streaming stick for the TV in the living room. It has the basic channels only. We had to go out annd buy an Roku stick, which was perfect but was not prepared for that. Overall, the place was was great. Might be seeing more of us in the future. 🙂

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I rented this house for my sisters birthday with our daughters. The house was nicely updated and perfect for our group. We were easily able to Uber into Newport and to places in Narragansett. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again

Great location for the price

There may be better locations in Narragansett, i.e., walk to beach, but not for this price. Great location relative to $$$. Very nice, recently renovated beach house. Clean with great temperature control. Close to Brinkley’s ice cream, not a long drive at all to the town beach (get there before 8 a.m., or/and(!) after 5 p.m. for most economical vaca). Great rental for family of four (though an added bathroom would be awesome 😉). First time renting from this owner, but we’ve been going to Narragansett for 15 years and highly recommend this place for up to 4 people. Bring books or games if you’re a family not into late nights out. If you’re new to Narragansett, Monahan's Clam Shack (best cold lobster rolls), Brinkley’s (best ice cream), Fuel (best coffee and scones) and Bike Stop Cafe (best pizza) are musts!

Sweet Spot!

Newly updated, clean and comfortable! Perfect for our family of 4 with two teenage boys. Wonderful outdoor patio off the kitchen for a BBQ dinner. Great yard for a yard game when the weather's nice. Beds and linens were great. Centralized location to go exploring. Convenient to restaurants and stores. Host was very sent early greetings and was very responsive the entire trip!
